Cantier AIoT Control Tower is an Industrial Intelligence and Decision Platform that enables manufacturers to Connect, Monitor, Decide, Predict and Act across factory operations.
The platform connects existing MES/MOM, machines, PLCs, SCADA, sensors, historians, ERP, QMS, CMMS and other industrial systems without replacing them. It transforms operational data into contextual manufacturing intelligence using a Unified Namespace, Manufacturing Ontology, Knowledge Graph, Industrial Data Lake and Digital Twins.
On this common foundation, Intelligent Dashboards, ML Analytics, Cantier.ai Co-Pilot and specialized AI Agents help manufacturers progress from real-time visibility to predictive and increasingly autonomous operations.
Why It Is Different
Cantier AIoT Control Tower goes beyond traditional IIoT connectivity and monitoring by creating a continuous operational intelligence cycle:
Connect > Monitor > Decide > Predict > Act
Connect: Integrate machines, PLCs, sensors, SCADA, historians, MES/MOM and enterprise systems while retaining existing production-critical applications.
Monitor: Continuously observe production, equipment, quality, maintenance, OEE, downtime, process conditions and factory performance through Intelligent Dashboards, Control Tower views and Digital Twins.
Decide: Give operational data manufacturing context using a Unified Namespace, Manufacturing Ontology and Knowledge Graph. Cantier.ai Co-Pilot helps users investigate conditions, understand causes and support operational decisions.
Predict: Apply ML Analytics to contextual manufacturing data to identify anomalies, process drift, quality risks, equipment degradation and emerging operational issues.
Act: Use specialized AI Agents to monitor conditions, investigate events, recommend responses and support authorized operational actions within defined governance and guardrails.
Key Features
Industrial Connectivity: Connect machines, PLCs, sensors, SCADA, historians and manufacturing systems using OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus and SECS/GEM.
MES/MOM & Enterprise Integration: Connect existing MES/MOM, ERP, QMS, CMMS and other manufacturing applications without replacing existing execution systems.
Unified Namespace: Organize real-time manufacturing states, events and operational information into a common operational structure.
Manufacturing Ontology & Knowledge Graph: Connect sites, lines, machines, products, orders, processes, shifts, quality and maintenance information through manufacturing relationships and semantic context.
Industrial Data Foundation: Consolidate equipment, operational, production, quality and historical information into a common manufacturing data foundation.
Multi-Site Control Tower: Provide centralized visibility across plants, lines, equipment and operations with role-based views and drill-down analysis.
Intelligent Dashboards & OEE: Monitor production, availability, performance, quality, downtime, equipment conditions and manufacturing KPIs in real time.
Digital Twins: Combine live machine state, manufacturing context and operational history into contextual representations of assets and operations.
Virtual Factory & XR: Extend Digital Twins into 3D and XR experiences for operational reviews, remote support and training.
ML Analytics: Apply machine learning to manufacturing data for Predictive Maintenance, Predictive Quality, anomaly detection and process intelligence.
Predictive Maintenance: Identify equipment degradation and potential failure risks using equipment conditions, machine signals and maintenance history.
Predictive Quality: Identify process drift, patterns and emerging quality risks using production, process and quality information.
Cantier.ai Co-Pilot: Enable users to ask operational questions in plain language, investigate conditions and interact with contextual manufacturing information.
Decision Intelligence: Combine real-time conditions, historical information, manufacturing context, Digital Twins and analytics to support faster operational decisions.
Industrial AI Agents: Enable specialized agents to monitor conditions, investigate events, diagnose issues, recommend responses and support authorized operational workflows.
MCP Server & Governed AI: Provide permissioned access to manufacturing context and product capabilities for Cantier.ai and approved enterprise AI agents.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
1 site, minimum 50 machines/tools with unlimited tags. Includes connectivity, data modeling, a digital twin platform, standard dashboards, and standard domain agents. Price shown is per unit.
This listing offers one pricing option, AIoT Control Tower Standard, billed per unit under a contract. Each unit covers one site and requires at least 50 machines or tools, with unlimited tags. One unit bundles connectivity, data modeling, a digital twin platform, standard dashboards, and standard domain agents. Pricing scales by the number of units you buy, so you add units to cover more sites. Because quantity is configurable, you select how many sites to include. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons to combine.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward the 50-machine minimum, and what does 'unlimited tags' mean for billing?
The minimum covers at least 50 machines or tools connected at one site. A tag is an individual data point from your equipment, such as a sensor reading or parameter. You can connect unlimited tags per unit without added charge. Billing stays tied to units and sites, not tag count.
If I add a second factory site, how does my cost change?
Each unit covers one site. To cover another site, you buy an additional unit. Cost scales by the number of units you purchase. Each added unit carries the same bundle: connectivity, data modeling, the digital twin platform, standard dashboards, and standard domain agents.
What capabilities does one unit include at a single site?
One unit bundles connectivity to shopfloor assets, data modeling, and a digital twin platform that mirrors your physical factory in real time. It also includes standard dashboards and standard domain agents. These support visualizing operations, organizing production data, and running simulations before changes reach the physical floor.
