Vendor refund policy
Refunds for access to Crewdle AI Studio are available based on the remaining time on your contract. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of your contract term. Any refunds are subject to review and approval, and will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Crewdle because it supports a wide range of features like screen sharing, virtual whiteboarding, meeting recording, breakout rooms, and live chat, which enable teams to collaborate no matter where they are located. Crewdle solves specific problems for me by providing cost savings, performance, scalability, privacy, security, and eco-friendliness. What I like most is that Crewdle is built around sustainability and privacy, making it feel more future-proof and ethically aligned than many alternatives. The initial setup of Crewdle is great with fast registration, no heavy software, low technical barriers, and quick team adoption. I often use it alongside productivity suites like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, as Crewdle's screen sharing and whiteboarding features complement document collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think where Crewdle could improve is with advanced features. Some users might miss more sophisticated options like AI-powered transcription, real-time translation, or advanced webinar hosting tools. Also, on integration depth, while Crewdle covers the basics, it doesn't yet match the breadth of integrations that larger platforms like Zoom or Teams offer with project management tools and CRMs.

I use Crewdle for video meetings because of its reliability and simplicity. I really like its simplicity and stable connection, which makes communication straightforward. What do you dislike about the product?
The integration options are still limited compared to larger platforms, and some advanced enterprise features could be improved. The user interface could also be a bit more intuitive in certain areas. The UI could be improved with clearer navigation and more intuitive host controls. On the enterprise side, enhanced analytics, stronger admin controls, and broader SSO and webinar capabilities would add significant value.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Crewdle for team meetings, workshops, and one-on-one calls because it offers a simple, distraction-free video experience, perfect for remote collaboration. What I like most about Crewdle is how thoughtfully simple it is. It strips away the usual meeting clutter and focuses on real conversation—lightweight video, strong privacy by design, and no unnecessary distractions, making meetings more focused and enjoyable. The simplicity and lightweight feel of the experience stand out, as it doesn’t overwhelm with too many features or a complicated interface. I also appreciate how it works directly in the browser without heavy downloads, which lowers barriers for participants who may not be very tech-savvy or are joining from different devices. Another strong point is the focus on privacy and decentralization, which makes it feel more secure compared to traditional tools. Overall, the combination of simplicity, privacy focus, and accessibility makes Crewdle practical and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Crewdle helps me join online study sessions and group projects quickly. It makes it easy to talk with classmates without worrying about complicated apps. I can quickly join or invite classmates without me or them installing any apps since it is a web-based application. The interface is easy to understand. I find the tools for scheduling and managing my calendar very useful for staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find more difficult while explaining to friends are some buttons which are hard to identify by new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crewdle helps me join study sessions quickly, making communication easy without complicated apps. It prevents me from missing class updates and doesn't require installations. The simple interface and scheduling tools effectively organize my tasks.
