This contract covers a single pricing dimension: Admin users. You pay per admin user who has access to the AI Studio. Pricing scales with the number of admin users you provision. Admin users manage the platform, invite team members, set roles and permissions, and monitor AI spending across the connected apps. There are no tiers or instance sizes here; the cost grows directly with the count of admin users you need. Actual AI model usage is billed separately based on the work the models perform.

An admin user is a person with access to the AI Studio management console. Each admin invites team members, sets roles and permissions per app and model, and monitors AI spending. Every admin account you provision counts as one billable user. Regular team members using the apps are not counted as admin users.
No. The admin user charge covers management console access only. The work AI models perform is billed separately per token, based on each model's price. When apps call a model directly, a platform fee is added. When a model runs inside a harness, a harness fee applies instead.
Cost scales directly with the count of admin users you provision. There are no tiers or volume breaks. Each additional admin user adds the per-user charge. Reducing admin users lowers that portion of the bill accordingly. Token-based model usage is metered separately and is unaffected by admin user count.

Refunds for access to Crewdle AI Studio are available based on the remaining time on your contract. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of your contract term. Any refunds are subject to review and approval, and will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Crewdle is how user-friendly and straightforward the platform is from a UI/UX standpoint. The design is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need without feeling overwhelmed. Joining meetings and working with others feels smooth and hassle-free. I also liked the onboarding process because it was fast and didn’t require a lot of configuration or learning. In addition to its usability, I appreciate Crewdle’s focus on privacy and sustainability through its peer-to-peer approach, which makes it feel like a more innovative and responsible option compared to traditional video conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I feel Crewdle could develop further is its AI and automation capabilities. When compared with other collaboration tools, the AI features seem a little limited, particularly when it comes to meeting summaries, useful insights, and helping automate everyday workflows. I also found the pricing structure slightly confusing at first, as it isn’t always obvious what features come with each plan. Overall, the platform is reliable and easy to use, but clearer pricing information and more advanced AI features would improve the experience. The available integrations are decent, although there is still room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crewdle addresses many of the typical challenges people experience with online collaboration platforms, particularly when it comes to reliability and ease of use. What do you like best about the product?
Its GDPR-compliant encrypted recordings and detailed attendee tracking are standouts for our coaching work. Instant breakout rooms require zero complex configuration for small executive cohorts. Fully browser-based access lets international attendees join leadership training without app downloads, and exportable session logs simplify German regulatory audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no native LMS connection, so we manually upload trainee attendance after every workshop. Few preconfigured GDPR retention rules match German training laws, forcing constant manual edits. The internal feedback tool is too simplistic to produce in-depth learning metrics for client presentations. We also lacked ready-made EU compliance templates during onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced generic video tools that failed local data privacy standards. Encrypted session archives and built-in attendee tracking cut manual compliance paperwork. What do you like best about the product?
As Security & Compliance Manager at a German sampling research company, the fully P2P encrypted framework is Crewdle’s biggest advantage. No meeting audio, video or participant metadata gets saved on foreign cloud servers, so we completely skip the complicated cross-border data transfer agreements auditors usually demand under GDPR and BDSG. It generates unalterable access and session logs automatically; these records require minimal edits before our quarterly regulatory inspections and cut hours of manual compliance documentation. Custom role-based meeting locks stop junior research staff from joining confidential respondent data reviews. I also rely heavily on the global default setting to turn off auto-recording across all team accounts. The platform never forces cloud recording storage as a paid feature, which fits our strict data minimization policies perfectly. All call content stays only on attendees’ local devices, removing huge legal risk when we host client briefings or official data risk audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no native API connection to our internal compliance logging database. Every audit cycle I manually export CSV logs and restructure fields to match German regulator reporting formats, a repetitive process prone to human error. Bulk team permission adjustments are unavailable; I have to edit access rights for each research branch individually. The mobile dashboard only displays truncated meeting history, so I cannot retrieve full audit trails during off-site regulator meetings without a desktop device. There are also no pre-configured compliance templates built specifically for European market research teams, meaning I draft all GDPR documentation from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old cloud conferencing tools stored meeting data overseas, creating severe privacy violations whenever we covered identifiable survey respondent information. Crewdle’s peer-to-peer transmission eliminates cross-border data storage risk entirely. What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Crewdle is how simple and intuitive the platform feels from a UI/UX perspective. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and doesn’t feel cluttered, which makes joining meetings and collaborating with others really seamless. I also appreciated the onboarding experience since it was quick to get started without needing much setup or training. Beyond usability, I like that Crewdle puts a strong emphasis on privacy and sustainability through its peer-to-peer technology, which makes the platform feel more modern and thoughtful compared to traditional video conferencing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I think Crewdle could improve is around AI and advanced automation features. I also found the pricing a bit difficult to evaluate at first, since it’s not always immediately clear which features are included in each plan. Crewdle solves a lot of the common frustrations that come with virtual collaboration tools, especially around performance and simplicity. I found the platform to be reliable during meetings, with stable audio and video quality even when multiple people were connected. The integrations also make it easier to fit Crewdle into existing workflows without constantly switching between tools. For me, that meant smoother collaboration and less time dealing with technical issues or complicated setups. It also helps that the platform feels lightweight and efficient compared to some larger conferencing solutions.
