What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Crewdle is how user-friendly and straightforward the platform is from a UI/UX standpoint. The design is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need without feeling overwhelmed. Joining meetings and working with others feels smooth and hassle-free. I also liked the onboarding process because it was fast and didn’t require a lot of configuration or learning. In addition to its usability, I appreciate Crewdle’s focus on privacy and sustainability through its peer-to-peer approach, which makes it feel like a more innovative and responsible option compared to traditional video conferencing platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?

One aspect I feel Crewdle could develop further is its AI and automation capabilities. When compared with other collaboration tools, the AI features seem a little limited, particularly when it comes to meeting summaries, useful insights, and helping automate everyday workflows. I also found the pricing structure slightly confusing at first, as it isn’t always obvious what features come with each plan. Overall, the platform is reliable and easy to use, but clearer pricing information and more advanced AI features would improve the experience. The available integrations are decent, although there is still room for improvement.

Crewdle addresses many of the typical challenges people experience with online collaboration platforms, particularly when it comes to reliability and ease of use. In my experience, meetings generally ran smoothly, with consistent audio and video performance even when several participants were involved. The integrations are also useful for connecting Crewdle with existing workflows, which reduces the need to constantly move between different applications. For me, this resulted in a more seamless collaboration experience and less time spent handling technical problems or complicated configurations. I also like that Crewdle feels relatively lightweight and efficient compared with some of the more complex conferencing platforms.

Its GDPR-compliant encrypted recordings and detailed attendee tracking are standouts for our coaching work. Instant breakout rooms require zero complex configuration for small executive cohorts. Fully browser-based access lets international attendees join leadership training without app downloads, and exportable session logs simplify German regulatory audits.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is no native LMS connection, so we manually upload trainee attendance after every workshop. Few preconfigured GDPR retention rules match German training laws, forcing constant manual edits. The internal feedback tool is too simplistic to produce in-depth learning metrics for client presentations. We also lacked ready-made EU compliance templates during onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?

As Security & Compliance Manager at a German sampling research company, the fully P2P encrypted framework is Crewdle’s biggest advantage. No meeting audio, video or participant metadata gets saved on foreign cloud servers, so we completely skip the complicated cross-border data transfer agreements auditors usually demand under GDPR and BDSG. It generates unalterable access and session logs automatically; these records require minimal edits before our quarterly regulatory inspections and cut hours of manual compliance documentation. Custom role-based meeting locks stop junior research staff from joining confidential respondent data reviews. I also rely heavily on the global default setting to turn off auto-recording across all team accounts. The platform never forces cloud recording storage as a paid feature, which fits our strict data minimization policies perfectly. All call content stays only on attendees’ local devices, removing huge legal risk when we host client briefings or official data risk audits.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is no native API connection to our internal compliance logging database. Every audit cycle I manually export CSV logs and restructure fields to match German regulator reporting formats, a repetitive process prone to human error. Bulk team permission adjustments are unavailable; I have to edit access rights for each research branch individually. The mobile dashboard only displays truncated meeting history, so I cannot retrieve full audit trails during off-site regulator meetings without a desktop device. There are also no pre-configured compliance templates built specifically for European market research teams, meaning I draft all GDPR documentation from scratch.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old cloud conferencing tools stored meeting data overseas, creating severe privacy violations whenever we covered identifiable survey respondent information. Crewdle’s peer-to-peer transmission eliminates cross-border data storage risk entirely. Its built-in immutable session logs, customizable meeting access permissions and default recording disable controls keep every internal and client discussion aligned with German federal data protection law. This drastically reduces compliance prep time and removes the threat of regulatory fines for improper personal data handling.

I use Crewdle for online meetings, team collaborations, and virtual discussions. It makes online communication much smoother and reliable. I like how simple and smooth it is. I value the smooth video conferencing and easy collaboration features the most as they make communication easier. Also, the initial setup of Crewdle was quite easy.

Sometimes the interface is a bit basic, so maybe adding more features would work.

During my use of Crewdle i found that it comes with unlimited meeting duration and even it works on the free plan , this thing i really liked about it another thing i found that it's environment friendly , it's marketed as "green" video conferencing solution because it reduces data-center usage these thing i also liked about Crewdle.

During my use of Crewdle, I found that it has limited integrations. Although it supports tools like Google Calender, Outlook, and slack, it still offers fewer integrations overall. Another thing I disliked about Crewdle was its smaller user base; it isn’t as widely adopted as Zoom or Google Meet.

For me, it addresses my privacy concerns. Crewdle uses peer-to-peer technology and encryption to reduce dependence on centralized servers, which helps organizations protect confidential conversations and shared content. It also benefits me by avoiding complex software installation, since participants can join directly from a web browser, reducing setup time and technical barriers.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Crewdle's privacy feature; I can just call my friend and talk to him with confidence. The ease of use is another big plus, particularly using trueView, which is relatively easier compared to other platforms. I also find the UI very intuitive, which makes doing things more quickly and intuitively. It's amazing, really amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like that it doesn't work on mobile. I would like an iOS application. Also, more identification is hard to do. Additionally, sometimes I get disconnected while talking to my friend and colleague. It's something that happens occasionally, but it's not a big issue for me.

Crewdle is intuitive and easy, unlike Zoom or Google Meet. It's secure with end-to-end encryption, ensuring privacy. The UI is intuitive, allowing quick, smooth connections with friends and colleagues.

It hard to get a hold of someone from customer service.

What I like most is how lightweight and simple it feels compared to other meeting tools. I didn't have to spend time figuring things out, it just worked. The video quality has been pretty stable in most of my calls, and I also like the privacy-first approach they're taking. It feels less heavy than tools like zoom or Teams, which makes it easier to use for quick meetings.

Sometimes the performance isn't fully consistent, especially on slower connections where I noticed a bit of lag in calls. Also, a features feels like they're still evolving compared to bigger platforms. It's not a big issue, but there's definitely room for improvement.

For quick discussions, it solves the need for a simple and lightweight meeting tool. Instead of relying on heavier platforms that take more setup, it's easier to just start a call and get going.
