Intuitive and Secure, Needs Mobile Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Crewdle's privacy feature; I can just call my friend and talk to him with confidence. The ease of use is another big plus, particularly using trueView, which is relatively easier compared to other platforms. I also find the UI very intuitive, which makes doing things more quickly and intuitively. It's amazing, really amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't work on mobile. I would like an iOS application. Also, more identification is hard to do. Additionally, sometimes I get disconnected while talking to my friend and colleague. It's something that happens occasionally, but it's not a big issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crewdle is intuitive and easy, unlike Zoom or Google Meet. It's secure with end-to-end encryption, ensuring privacy. The UI is intuitive, allowing quick, smooth connections with friends and colleagues.

The features are easy to use. I can do alot with minimum downtime.

It hard to get a hold of someone from customer service.

What I like most is how lightweight and simple it feels compared to other meeting tools. I didn't have to spend time figuring things out, it just worked. The video quality has been pretty stable in most of my calls, and I also like the privacy-first approach they're taking. It feels less heavy than tools like zoom or Teams, which makes it easier to use for quick meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the performance isn't fully consistent, especially on slower connections where I noticed a bit of lag in calls. Also, a features feels like they're still evolving compared to bigger platforms. It's not a big issue, but there's definitely room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For quick discussions, it solves the need for a simple and lightweight meeting tool. Instead of relying on heavier platforms that take more setup, it's easier to just start a call and get going. It works well for short meetings or informal conversations where you don't need too many features. Overall it makes communication a bit quicker and less complicated.

I find Crewdle lacks in advanced features and its performance isn't great for large meetings. The basic interface and limited integrations bother me. Also, there's not much brand awareness.

I can quickly join or invite classmates without me or them installing any apps since it is a web-based application. The interface is easy to understand. I find the tools for scheduling and managing my calendar very useful for staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find more difficult while explaining to friends are some buttons which are hard to identify by new users.
