Overview
IO Sense by Faclon Labs is the operating system for the physical world, a no-code Industrial AI and IoT platform that orchestrates how physical operations connect, compute, and respond. It unifies IT, OT, IoT, media, and manual data into a single source of truth, empowering operations, engineering, and business teams with real-time visibility, predictive insights, and autonomous control, without replacing existing systems.
IO Sense delivers value through purpose-built modules across four layers: interface, intelligence, activation, and orchestration.
I/O Sense (Interface Layer): AI-powered, hyper-customized dashboards, reports, and workflows with out-of-the-box, industry-tailored bundled offerings and no-code drag-and-drop customization. Includes 100+ plug-and-play apps (OEE, Production Planner, Steam Trap, MES, Asset Twins, Digital Logbooks), 2D/3D and geospatial canvassing engines, a scalable report engine (PDF, Excel, bespoke formats), device and asset management, and granular users and sub-users management.
Bruce AI (Contextual Intelligence): End-to-end agentic ecosystems that simulate human expertise at scale. A comprehensive AI Agent Studio, knowledge graph and context managers, an interactive natural-language copilot (AskBruce), and factory-specific summaries, explainers, and recommendations with industry and peer benchmarking.
DeepSense (Non-Contextual AI and ML Ops): A full-stack environment to build, test, and deploy AI models at scale, with workbenches and bundled AI apps, an integrated MLOps ecosystem, low-code ModelOps, and a prebuilt model library covering vibration, steam trap, energy, OEE, and computer vision. Framework-specific AI SDKs take teams from concept to bespoke features in minutes.
I/O Connect (Connectivity and DataOps): Data orchestration that integrates any third-party gateway, sensor, or data pool through proprietary connectors, with adapters for all major industrial protocols including Modbus, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, LoRa, M-Bus, OPC, HART, and DLMS. At its core is the Unified Data Fabric, built on MuSTO (Multiple Storage Type Optimized) architecture, with a Unified Namespace (UNS), edge intelligence via the LSG (Linux System Gateway), and the iosense-connect API SDK.
Foundry (Stack Manager): The full-stack manager to build, manage, and scale offerings across customers, with full multi-tenancy, access and visibility control, resource allocation and quota metering, an App Launchpad and App Store, and remote asset management.
Forge (Infrastructure and DevOps): Infrastructure and DevOps tooling for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid management, edge asset management, and full-system observability, with layered infrastructure-level and code-level security, including SOC 2-aligned governance, IAM, and continuous monitoring.
IO Sense is proven at scale, with 400+ factories digitized, 60,000+ assets onboarded, and 6 billion+ data points analyzed daily across 48 large enterprise customers in 6 countries. Rugged by design and deployed in under three weeks, IO Sense is built for industrial enterprises, OEMs, system integrators, and utilities across manufacturing, energy, utilities, and oil and gas, delivering measurable ROI through higher output, reduced downtime, energy savings, and sustainability gains.
Highlights
- One No-Code Platform, Six Purpose-Built Modules: IO Sense unifies IT, OT, and IoT into a single source of truth across interface, intelligence, activation, and orchestration layers. I/O Connect ingests data across all major industrial protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, OPC, HART, DLMS) into a Unified Data Fabric, and I/O Sense turns it into AI-powered no-code dashboards, digital twins, and 100+ plug-and-play apps, without replacing existing systems.
- AI at Every Layer with Bruce AI and DeepSense: IO Sense embeds industrial AI throughout. Bruce AI delivers agentic contextual intelligence, including an AI Agent Studio, natural-language copilot, and factory-specific benchmarking. DeepSense adds non-contextual AI with no-code ML Ops, framework-specific SDKs, and a prebuilt model library for vibration, energy, OEE, and computer vision, enabling predictive insights and faster time-to-live.
- Proven, Secure, and Deployed in Under 3 Weeks: IO Sense is proven at industrial scale, with 400+ factories digitized, 60,000+ assets onboarded, and 6 billion+ data points analyzed daily across 48 enterprise customers in 6 countries. Governed by the Foundry multi-tenant control plane and secured by Forge with SOC 2-aligned, layered infrastructure and code security, IO Sense delivers real-time visibility, predictive maintenance, and measurable energy and productivity gains.
