    Overview

    The Asante AI Fire & Public Safety Platform helps fire departments, EMS agencies, law enforcement, emergency communications teams, and public safety organizations improve citizen engagement, automate administrative processes, and securely access operational knowledge using AI.

    Built on AWS, the platform provides AI-powered Voice, Knowledge, and Workflow Assistants that support non-emergency call intake, recruitment, SOP and policy access, training records, inspections, reporting, and workflow automation. These capabilities help reduce paperwork, improve response to community requests, and support staffing and operational readiness.

    The platform integrates with existing public safety systems and can interoperate with approved enterprise applications, data sources, documents, and workflows. Organizations may also integrate with Amazon Connect for intelligent voice interactions and the Asante Intelligence Center powered by Amazon Quick, providing a secure AI workspace across approved documents, operational data, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.

    Optional department websites provide modern citizen engagement, volunteer recruitment, community information, and AI-powered self-service capabilities that work seamlessly with the platform.

    Designed for secure deployment on AWS, the platform includes role-based access controls, audit logging, and governance to support public sector environments. It can be paired with Asante Cloud implementation, integration, managed services, and grant support for FEMA AFG and SAFER-funded initiatives.

    Procurement is available through AWS Marketplace, Carahsoft, CarahCloud, and eligible public sector contract vehicles.

    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
