Dimensions summary
This plan combines a fixed monthly subscription with usage-based add-on charges. You pay the base subscription fee each billing cycle. Three separate metered dimensions add cost only when you exceed the amounts included in your subscription. You are billed for extra storage measured in GB-days, extra user activity measured in user days, and extra processing measured in compute minutes. Each add-on scales independently based on what you actually consume. This lets your total bill grow with usage across storage, users, and compute rather than a single fixed rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user day reflects one user active on the platform for one day within the billing cycle. Each active user contributes their own days. The charge applies only to user days beyond the amount your subscription includes. Users who stay inactive do not add to this count.
You pay only the fixed monthly subscription fee. The three metered dimensions add cost only when you exceed the storage, user, or compute amounts included in your subscription. If you stay under every threshold, no add-on charges accrue for that billing cycle.
It depends on how you use the platform. Storage GB-days grow with data you persist over time. User days rise with team activity. Compute minutes climb when you run frequent queries, benchmarks, or scheduled jobs. All three bill independently and appear on the same invoice alongside your subscription fee.

One of the best helpful products offering credential management and data protection capabilities. Extremely user-friendly and customizable tool.

Apart from slight slowness issues, everything seems great.

What do you like best about the product?
It has flexible options of enforcement of policies, quick alerts, and can prevent certain issues from happening. It saves a ton of time because it does not require a large team of developers and admins to manageIt has a single pane of glass view into the multi-cloud environment and provides visibility and transparency the cloud environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be frustrating for account users who are not familiar with the policies and boundaries set by Turbot, especially when they try to follow tutorials or scripts from AWS or other sources. It does not provide feedback when it intervenes to modify requests, which can make debugging difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a customer-driven approach and can deliver new features within 3 to 6 months.

It is a good tool for a single pane of glass view for my multi-cloud environment. i would recommend this tool to anyone concerned about their Security and Control.

This tool is a bit tough in terms of management for newer people who can use it. This needs to improve.

This tool helps us make management of a multi-cloud environment obtainable without hiring a group of admins.

Turbot is one of the best platform to use it is very easy to maintain and having a simple user interface make is easy to use.

Turbot is quite easy to use and maintain security of cloud. We particularly use AWS so this has proved to be a great tool for user access management.
