The Workspace Agent gives two free attempts, then charges 1 credit per finding, capped at 8 per run. Solution Packs and Initiatives cost no credits.
AI features pause until credits reset, while non-AI features stay available. You can buy additional credits anytime from the billing page. Purchased credits sit in a shared workspace pool that any member draws from once their allowance is used up. Only an admin can buy them, and they carry over until used.
No. Agent reads and exports draw on a separate daily allowance, not your AI credits. The credit pool that powers the chatbot, leverage analyses, and recommendations is never touched by agent activity. Cataloging MCP sources in Agent Studio also uses no credits; only its optional AI draft costs one credit per run.

Extensive product documentation and an in-app chat assistant aware of your estate are available at any time from within the application.
