Connect your agency's data assets to the work they support. MyDataWork brings asset metadata, lineage, use cases, ownership and value tracking into a Team workspace, with agency starter scenarios and AI-assisted discovery in AWS GovCloud (US).
Agency data work spans spreadsheets, queries, dashboards and scripts. MyDataWork helps IT and data teams document how those assets connect, the use cases they support, and the people and assumptions behind the work.
Build an asset catalog from supported sources, inspect inferred relationships, and connect assets to use cases with objectives, stakeholders and progress measures. Keep estimated value distinct from recorded realized value, with the context needed to review each claim. Share selected files with colleagues while each use case stays with its owner, and give agency administrators a clearly labelled Workspace view of the team's use cases. MyDataWork complements the tools your team already uses.
The AWS GovCloud (US) edition brings this Team experience to agency workflows. Its Agency Operations & Public Outcomes Solution Pack provides 16 editable starters across Program Delivery & Grants, Citizen Service Delivery, Oversight & Transparency Reporting, and Workforce & Capability. Choose relevant topic areas and tailor their starters to your own organization. Starter estimates are illustrative examples, not savings achieved or validated by MyDataWork.
Optional AI-assisted Discovery helps turn authorized asset metadata and authored context into proposed use cases and suggested connections to existing work. Review the supporting assets, edit a proposal and accept what is useful. Suggestions require human review; they do not establish accuracy, compliance or delivered value.
The application workspace and its data are hosted in AWS GovCloud (US-West), and built-in AI uses Amazon Bedrock in AWS GovCloud (US-West), on infrastructure separate from our commercial service. Marketplace purchasing and entitlement processing use commercial AWS services, with verified agreement information transferred to the GovCloud application. Email notifications are delivered to recipients' own mail providers. The GovCloud edition does not use the commercial edition's OpenAI API account.
MyDataWork catalogs metadata and work context rather than functioning as a warehouse for business records. Cloud data-source connectors read structural metadata from your own services, which may be outside AWS GovCloud (US); some connectors retrieve source files to parse them, and the catalog keeps the extracted metadata rather than the file contents. AI requests can include authorized metadata and user-authored workspace text. Excluding dedicated identity fields does not anonymize that text. Not intended for classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Do not place data rows, file contents or CUI in workspace text fields.
The annual package includes up to 40 users, 50,000 cataloged assets per workspace and 18,000 AI credits a month shared across the workspace. Requirements beyond the package, such as agency-wide deployment, more users, a larger asset estate, additional AI credits, implementation, authorization support or custom terms, are arranged through an AWS Marketplace private offer. Expanded scope is subject to capacity validation and separately agreed written terms. Contact contact@mydatawork.com to discuss your requirements. Support terms are described in the Support information for this listing. Hosting in AWS GovCloud does not itself confer FedRAMP authorization or an agency Authority to Operate; customers should evaluate the application's suitability for their requirements.
Contract terms: this listing is offered under the MyDataWork Customer Agreement. If your agency requires specific insurance coverage or other contract terms, contact contact@mydatawork.com before accepting an offer; any additional commitments must be separately agreed in writing before purchase.
Highlights
Connect assets to agency work: catalog supported analytical assets, inspect recorded lineage, and link them to use cases with objectives, ownership and clearly labelled illustrative value, starting from 16 editable agency starters.
Work as a team with clear boundaries: share selected files with colleagues while each use case stays with its owner, and give agency administrators a clearly labelled Workspace view of the team's use cases.
Review AI suggestions before adopting them: optional Discovery uses Amazon Bedrock in AWS GovCloud (US) to propose use cases from authorized metadata, showing the supporting files for human review and editing.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

This listing offers one fixed package designed for AWS GovCloud (US). You buy a single contract covering up to 40 users in one workspace. The package sets capacity ceilings rather than per-user charges: up to 50,000 cataloged assets shared across the workspace, plus 18,000 AI credits per month. The asset limit belongs to the whole workspace, not each person. AI credits are pooled across the workspace each month rather than allocated per user daily. Pricing does not scale incrementally; it is one price for the stated user, asset, and credit limits. Larger teams require contacting the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one asset against the 50,000-asset ceiling?
An asset is a cataloged data item like a spreadsheet, SQL script, notebook, dashboard, warehouse table, or cloud object. Each cataloged source path counts once. Tools cataloged from MCP sources sit in a separate pool and do not count against your asset limit.
How are the monthly AI credits counted, and what uses them?
The 18,000 credits form one workspace pool shared by all users, resetting on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Features that call an AI model consume them, such as use case proposals, recommendations, leverage analysis, and the assistant. Cataloging, lineage, and exports use no credits.
What happens if we hit the asset ceiling or run out of AI credits in a month?
Existing assets keep working, but new additions are blocked until you remove unused ones. The app flags you at 80% of a limit. When credits run out, AI features pause while non-AI features continue. This package offers no credit top-ups; unused credits do not roll over.
