AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy access to the Unified Command Platform (UCP) through a single per-user license. Pricing scales with the number of users, starting at a minimum of 50 users. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. As you add users, your cost grows in line with that user count. Security, hosting, and support come with the license, so you do not pay separately for them. To add more users, you adjust the licensed quantity under your contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under the per-user license?
A user is an active account that logs into your UCP system. Billing tracks the number of active accounts, not devices or logins. The license starts at a minimum of 50 users, so your smallest contract covers 50 accounts.
How do I add more users after I start, and what changes on my bill?
You increase the licensed user quantity under your contract. Cost grows in line with the added user count, since pricing scales per active user. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to select, so the adjustment applies directly to your user total.
Does the per-user license include security, hosting, and support, or are those billed separately?
Security, hosting, and support come with the license. You do not pay separate fees for them. UCP runs on FedRAMP and DoD IL5 authorized infrastructure, with encryption, continuous monitoring, and support included in the per-user price.
