    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that I can use it for all of the agencies throughout MD without switching websites or applications. I like that you can open tabs and then open them in different windows.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There can be lags or moments it freezes when trying switch between tabs. It should also have more drop-down menus instead of typing everything.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use WebEOC with MEMA so we use it for entering data for MOSH, MDE and other government agencies across the state
