Service Level Agreement
High Ticket Escalation for a Severity 1 Threat – Events with substantial security content affecting numerous assets or representing a highly significant threat to the availability or integrity of the environment. Critical events often pose an immediate threat to the environment and are typically not mitigated by the organization’s security controls. One (1) Hour
Medium Ticket Escalation for a Severity 2 Threat – Events affecting few assets or a single asset with a notable security context that may affect the availability or integrity of the environment. Four (4) Hours
Low Ticket Escalation for a Severity 3 Threat - Events affecting few assets or a single asset with minimal security context that may affect the availability or integrity of the environment. One (1) Day
Refund Policy All orders are bound by the Service Agreement and are non-refundable and bound by the term of service selected unless directly specified in a Statement of Work (SOW) or specific Master Services Agreement (MSA).
