Clients can use info@thorben.com with their Project Manager’s email as a backup to log issues. Thorben logs issues in Jira and manages them using the Scaled Agile Framework and our DevSecOps processes. Visibility to issue resolution is provided to clients through access to Jira as well as regular project meetings and more frequently if requested. AWS Marketplace offers the opportunity for clients to rate the service and Thorben will solicit Net Promoter Score ratings and feedback from clients on a periodic basis.
