Makya is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform designed for chemists to provide them with de-novo drug design tools. It is accessible through any web browser and does not need any installation on the user's computer. It features workflows developed at Iktos to easily build predictive models and run Iktos proprietary generative models enabling to address the different use cases encountered in small molecule drug discovery.
Makya brings complex and highly efficient AI algorithms on a silver platter to the user. With a modern design and UX, it allows chemists to intuitively use high performance AI tools to help them in their drug design projects.
Makya can be used in many different use-cases: either to find optimal solutions in hit-to-lead and lead-optimization projects, or to just explore new ideas in a hit discovery context. Makya uses statistical methods under the hood, it can leverage hundreds of data points collected over years, and has a chemistry-agnostic approach that can bring fresh insights.
Makya Generative AI algorithms are fully integrated with 3D structure-based and 3D ligand-based modeling, enabling to take advantage of the knowledge of the target structure or reference ligand to design chemical matter optimized to fit into the target pocket or highly similar in shape or pharmacophores to reference molecules.
Iktos generative drug design technology is supported by a proprietary synthetic accessibility predictive model that drives the generative algorithms and guarantees the synthesizability of the AI-generated molecules.
Makya proprietary generative AI is based on chemistry: it works by combining building blocks and reactions to design molecules meeting all the criteria set by the user, thanks to its reinforcement learning technology. It enables the design of novel and easy to make compounds that meet the multi-objective blueprint with unprecedented speed, performance, and diversity.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

As part of it, Iktos provides also:

- user and technical support up to certain number of days per year (depends on Tier define in the offer),
- software maintenance.
