    What do you like best about the product?
    The speed and responsiveness of the UI and the extensive automation library, the onboarding process was easy to follow and we were able to deploy agent to our various customers without issue.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There's currently no screenshotting tool - but happy to see this is on the roadmap
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The speed of connecting to end-user devices.

    What I find most helpful about NinjaOne is how easy it is to use and manage devices in one place. It makes it simple to monitor laptops, deploy updates, and quickly identify issues, which saves a lot of time in day‑to‑day IT support.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Currently, I don't see any issues related to the system.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    NinjaOne solves the problem of managing and monitoring devices efficiently, especially across different users and locations. It helps by giving me visibility into device health, alerts, and updates in one place, which makes it easier to identify issues early, keep devices secure, and resolve problems faster. This saves time and improves overall IT support quality.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Well-done UI and UX, with solid performance overall. The pricing is affordable for our company, and the support team is very fast to respond. We use LDAP integrations. We want to appreciate its AI support.

    The patch approval system is very useful, but in same cases the management is not very fast to manage on multiple endpoints.
