It automates implementation work across requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare while capturing execution intelligence that makes every future deployment faster, safer, and more repeatable.
Beacon is the AI implementation orchestration platform for enterprise software vendors. It automates implementation work across requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare while capturing the execution knowledge that makes future deployments faster and more predictable.
Built for complex enterprise software products, Beacon works through the product UI and does not require backend integrations, API development, or engineering effort. Teams can automate environment configuration, generate implementation documents, validate and migrate customer data, run customer-specific testing, support go-live activities, and reduce hypercare workload from a single platform.
Beacon helps implementation and professional services teams deliver projects faster, reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and scale delivery capacity without adding headcount. Every implementation executed by Beacon captures decision history, validation outcomes, exceptions, and resolution paths that continuously improve future deployments.
With enterprise-grade security, governance, audit trails, SSO, and role-based access controls, Beacon is designed for enterprise deployment at scale. Whether you are a growing software company or an established enterprise vendor, Beacon helps accelerate time-to-go-live, lower delivery costs, and increase implementation capacity.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract uses a single pricing dimension based on monthly active users (MAU). You commit to a term and pay according to the number of active users on the platform. Pricing scales directly with your user count, so there are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or add-on charges to select. As your active user base grows, the MAU measure adjusts your cost. This one-dimension structure keeps billing tied to actual platform usage across your implementation and adoption workflows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one monthly active user (MAU) for billing?
An MAU is a person who actively uses the platform within a given month. You are billed based on the count of these active users, not total registered accounts. Users who do not engage in a month are not counted toward that period's active user total.
How does my cost change as more people start using the platform?
Cost scales directly with your monthly active user count. As more users engage each month, the MAU measure rises and your charge adjusts accordingly. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes, so the active user count is the single factor that moves your bill.
Does the platform require backend integration or extra setup charges beyond the MAU fee?
No. Beacon learns from your product interface and operates above your application layer, with no backend or database access and no instrumentation. It works within your existing access controls. Billing stays tied to monthly active users, without separate integration or add-on charges.
