Pricing scales directly with your user count, so there are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or add-on charges to select. As your active user base grows, the MAU measure adjusts your cost. This one-dimension structure keeps billing tied to actual platform usage across your implementation and adoption workflows.

An MAU is a person who actively uses the platform within a given month. You are billed based on the count of these active users, not total registered accounts. Users who do not engage in a month are not counted toward that period's active user total.
