    The collaboration you can have with it and the transparency and streamlining of information.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The drawing tools are very limited and cannot be as descriptive as needed.

    Not letting information fall through the cracks.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I found Procore intuitive to use and learn.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    My only dislike was that it was a change from the software we had been using. I believe the change is a positive one though.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Procore's best asset for me was to bring in all of the different aspects of my job into a space that allows me to do it all in one place.

    Procore Makes Bid Invitations and Job Scope Visibility Easy

    What do you like best about the product?
    Procore is the tool many of our general contractors use to send bid invitations to us as subcontractors. As an estimator, I find that Procore makes it easier to see the full scope of a job and to respond to the contractor on whether we’re bidding or not. Most importantly, it also allows us to manage awarded jobs from beginning to end.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes it can be a bit confusing to locate attached files or to switch from one project to another, especially when I’m moving between tasks.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The most beneficial aspect of Procore is the constant communication with the general contractor at every step of a project.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Once our team started using it daily, RFIs, drawings, daily logs, and change events all lived in one place. I personally rely on the drawing management and RFIs the most being able to see the latest version instantly has saved us from costly mistakes on site. The mobile app is also a big win, foreman can upload photos and updates straight from the field without waiting to get back to the office.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some features feel overwhelming at first because Procore can do a lot, it's easy to miss certain tools unless you've had proper onboarding. Also, for smaller projects, it can sometimes feel heavier than necessary, and the pricing may be a bit high of you're not using most of the modules.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before using it, we dealt with outdated drawings, missed approvals, and long email threads that no one wanted to search through. Now, everyone from project managers to site engineers works off the same information. This has reduced rework, improved accountability and made project reporting much clearer for management. It's helped us stay organised under pressure and keep projects moving without constant follow ups.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Procore is very intuitive, which helps a lot in navigating and using the platform effectively. The support team is knowledgeable and friendly, and our Procore point of contact always does her best to help our company align our requirements and KPIs. It's great having one source of truth for project information, so all parties can access the content they require. Setting up standards and processes in Procore was very easy, and they were helpful in meeting our early requirements and providing engaging training sessions.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The speed in which solutions are required and giving timescales can be an issue. Although the communication on next stages is great, sometimes we're directed to add ideas to the Procore Feedback website and have to find internal solutions to problems. Also, there are odd visual issues that need resolving by clearing cookies and cached files, which happens too often.

    Procore provides one source of truth for project information, allowing all parties to access the content they require.
