What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Procore saves all the versions and doesn’t delete them. I like how organized it is; I’ve never seen a program with this level of organization. I also like having an app so I can follow conversations and chats, answer messages, and check updates on my phone when I’m away from the office. The course was really good for helping me better understand how the program works, and after some lessons I understood its workflow better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t tested Procore yet, but I was a bit overwhelmed at first by the amount of permissions. After some lessons, I understood the workflow better. I also saw what might have been a repeated video in the course; I’m not sure if it was my internet connection or a duplicate, but it should be checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve had files removed when they were updated, so I like that Procore saves all the versions instead of deleting them.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore easy to navigate and use for managing my project. I mostly use the submittal and RFI features, and it’s easy to go to a drawing and see which RFI is tagged to a particular drawing sheet. Compared with ACC, I find Procore easier to navigate and it provides better features. It’s also very easy to set up a project, and the documentation facility is very good for us.

I find Procore easy to navigate and use to get my tasks done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the administrative aspect of Procore and the way it puts contracts, projects, and other things together. The training course gave me a complete, clear overview that was easy to understand. It was well structured and easy to follow, and it helped me understand how company-level administration connects with project-level execution. It also made it easier for me to understand the work in the field and fits what I want to do in construction management.

Overwhelming menu navigation and granularity.

The training course gave me a complete, clear overview of Procore. It’s simple and explanatory, so it’s easier for me to understand Procore as I become a construction administrator, and that understanding makes things much easier for me in the field.

The learning platform could benefit from more 'hands on interaction'. A training mode for the actual software would be nice.
