The Getting Started with Procore training class was very helpful for a person who never used Procore before.

Only use I have so far is the training video.

What do you like best about the product?
They have dedicated a great deal of time to thoroughly addressing every aspect, ensuring that all areas are covered and that everything comes together smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore should provide more support to help subcontractors better understand and navigate the platform. Many of our subcontractors who do not use Procore on a daily basis often encounter difficulties with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us become a stronger general contractor. It is also making our work more efficient and professional.

It's too organized to be true, work progress is easier and edits can never get lost.

It's a bit hard at the beginning but by the time you don't even feel that you're doing something

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Procore keeps everything in one place from drawings and RFIs to daily logs and photos. It’s easy to track progress and communicate with everyone on the project, whether you’re in the field or in the office. The mobile app is especially useful for quick updates and accessing plans on-site. Overall, it makes job management much smoother and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Procore can feel a little slow or clunky, especially when uploading large files or switching between tools. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at first because there are so many features. Some reports and permissions can be tricky to customize too. But once you get comfortable with it, those issues aren’t too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps keep every part of a project organized and accessible in one place. It solves communication gaps between the office and field by allowing real-time updates, photo uploads, and task tracking. It also makes it easier to manage documents, budgets, and schedules without juggling multiple apps. Overall, it saves time, reduces mistakes, and keeps projects running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore offers a very detailed, yet easy to use, platform for construction management. Customer Service is very responsive. It is easy to implement into existing projects and of course new projects. It integrates with other programs, such as OpenSpace. Plan on using it throughout the day for ease of proper management, both desk top and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup is cumbersome, but worth the time once complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently do not have an problems with Procore.
