What do you like best about the product?
I like how the app is organized overall, and I feel like I will use it a lot in the future. It works extremely well for the things it was designed to do, and is definitely a game changer in the construction industry, which doesn't improve it's technologies rapidly like other industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it hard to find where some things are because I have to go through several pages on the website to find the tool, but that's just something that once you know the software that isn't an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using it to be more useful as an intern, and it helps me stay organized, as well as working as a log because it tracks timing and history, which can help diffuse possible disputes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it lets us carry everything we need to conduct business in one place. We can handle invoices, commitments, pay apps, and COIs, and we can also invite others to our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real frustration is that HH2 frequently gets stuck, and we end up having to troubleshoot it with our third-party IT company, which hasn’t been very helpful. I also don't like how I manually have to enter all the COI information from each company. A suggestion would be to upload the document and have the software scan and enter the data in the Insurance Fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of doing business and being able to get more done in a day instead of manually doing everything for our jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a wide range of features that can help improve efficiency in my career and make my work feel more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don’t have any complaints. The only thing is that it has so much to offer that it can feel a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the certification stage in the application, I can see that it’s very beneficial because it helps remove, or at least bridge, the inefficiencies of traditional coordination in site, where you have to communicate in person or by email, which can take time.
