We often find that customers use only a subset of the features in our products, and that adoption can be slow due to the inherent change management in using a new platform.
Therefore, each accelerator is a predefined package of professional services that is designed to accomplish a specific objective, with measurable outcomes and goals. Unlike traditional professional services, provided on an open-ended hourly basis, each accelerator includes a predefined set of business objectives, process consulting, training activities, and tangible deliverables offered at a fixed price to customers.
These accelerators do not replace our legendary customer support or other existing services but instead provide a way for organizations and teams to take advantage of the expertise of our partner network. We have found that customers who make use of an accelerator package improve their product quality, time-to-market, and reduce overall software delivery risk.
