You buy this platform through a contract with three core dimensions. The Platform Subscription is charged per warehouse location and includes core WMS features and Silver support. The Feature Tier sets which modules and capabilities you can access, with higher tiers unlocking more functions. The Order Volume Band scales your pricing to your average monthly order throughput, from small operations to very high volumes. You can add either the Gold or Platinum Support Tier as an upgrade; each replaces the included Silver support and expands coverage hours, response commitments, and admin assistance.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for the Platform Subscription dimension?
The Platform Subscription bills per warehouse location. Each physical warehouse you run on the platform counts as one subscription unit. If you operate multiple sites, you pay a base subscription for each. The platform supports centralized control across several warehouse locations from one system.
How does the Order Volume Band change if my monthly order throughput grows?
You are assigned a volume band at contract start based on average monthly order volume. Bands cover operations from 500 to 500,000+ orders per month. If your throughput grows past your band, you can upgrade to a higher band. The change is not automatic; you request the upgrade.
How do the Platform Subscription, Feature Tier, and Order Volume Band combine on my bill?
These three dimensions bill together. The Platform Subscription sets your per-location base. The Feature Tier decides which modules you can use. The Order Volume Band scales cost to your monthly order count. Support upgrades (Gold or Platinum) add separately and replace the included Silver support.
