With integrated video conferencing, apps for Android and iOS, website live chat, SMS, Facebook and WhatsApp messaging integration, 3CX boosts employee productivity and enhances the customer experience.

    3CX is open-standards, allowing you to choose from a selection of supported IP Phones and SIP Trunks that best suit your business needs and budget. Installation, management and use of 3CX is extremely easy and straightforward saving you time on phone system management and maintenance.

    Pricing is based on the number of simultaneous calls you need, not on the number of users/extensions you have, which also knocks down the cost of ownership tremendously.

You activate the product by supplying a license purchased outside of AWS Marketplace, while AWS provides the infrastructure required to launch the product. AWS Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of the external license.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I appreciate most about 3CX is its ease of management and configuration. The platform is highly intuitive, and having all features centralized in one place really streamlines communication for the entire team.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The mobile app occasionally disconnects or fails to receive calls when transitioning between Wi-Fi and mobile data. There are also times when notifications arrive later than expected.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    3CX has made managing our phone system much easier. We no longer depend on physical desk phones or complicated hardware installations. With everything operating in the cloud, it’s straightforward to set up users, monitor call logs, and support remote staff without incurring additional expenses.

    What do you like best about the product?
    one of the best features is that it open up automatically- can't miss a call at all- works very smoothly compared to other tools
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The set up is a little bit tricky unless you are tech savvy- but once you get it up running its ease of use top notch.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps centralize all our communication (calls, texts) into one system- is easy to keep track of customer interactions, log calls automatically, has own mailbox to leave voicemails after hours.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I value the practicality of 3CX, which makes operations much more efficient and easy to manage. The platform's optimization is remarkable, with a lightweight app that doesn't consume many resources yet still offers comprehensive functionalities. Additionally, it is intuitive, which facilitates communication between departments within the company, integrating the different areas in a cohesive and efficient manner. I also appreciate how simple and quick the initial setup of 3CX was, allowing for a smooth transition without disrupting daily activities. The confidence in the product is so high that I would give it a score of 10 on a recommendation scale.

    I think that 3CX could improve in aesthetics. Currently, I miss more native aesthetic options to customize the app to my liking.

    The platform is user-friendly, offering distinct versions of its website and app for both computers and mobile phones and easy set up.

    The call quality is not consistently high, and I find that the reporting features could benefit from greater customization.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use this for receiving and making calls, and I need it to provide accurate data reports. It is important for me to be able to connect different departments easily. Additionally, I value the survey feature, which helps measure customer satisfaction.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use 3CX across all the three current organizations that I work for. With 3CX, it is easy to manage customer inquiries to boost customer service which ensure customer retention in long-run. The mobile applications enables us (teams) to stay connected remotely in one workspace to boost productivity.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Ever since Feb 2023 when I implemented 3CX, there has never been any daunting feature to customize nor a bug on any platform mainly iOS app which I often use.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Centralizing business communications in one place is the leading benefit that I experience with 3CX.
    Enhancing remote work is another great aspect of using 3CX that help improve performance across all business units.
