Overview
TraceLink Supply Chain Work Management is a multi-enterprise work management solution for digitalizing supply chain business processes and enabling structured execution cross-functionally and cross-company with supply chain partners. Developed and hosted on TraceLink's Opus Digital Network Platform, Supply Chain Work Management enables customers to leverage digital networks with partners to exchange business process information through secure, configurable links, and connect to enterprise systems to accelerate cross-company sharing of interoperable supply chain data.
Supply Chain Work Management enables executives to gain actionable visibility through dashboards and shared workflows that span across their own organization and their supply chain partners. Supply Chain Work Management may include one or more of the following pre-configured, but customizable, business process templates, known in the product as Processes: Direct Supplier Incidents, Indirect Supplier Incidents, External Manufacturing Incidents, Internal Manufacturing Incidents, Change Requests, and Supply Chain Task Management.
The Incident Management processes support multi-enterprise collaboration for capturing, analyzing, resolving, correcting, and preventing planning exceptions and supply chain issues. Dashboards provide actionable visibility to supply chain leaders to manage critical exceptions and issues, identify problematic suppliers, and apply additional resources as required. Issues can easily be captured, monitored, and grouped by priority, due dates, issue-resolution status, sites, and partners. And with Incident Management, supply chain partners are engaged with the supply chain team to collectively resolve supply chain issues using a single source of data on a shared cloud platform. This leads to faster issue resolution times and a significant reduction in the total number of incidents. Faster issue resolution reduces order cycle times and improves customer delivery performance.
The Supply Chain Task Management process enables the digitalization, management, and tracking of multi-enterprise processes that require collaboration among multiple supply chain partners, as well as internal and two-party coordination. Tasks can be immediately utilized from an existing library of digital process templates, customized using the templates as a starting point, built from scratch within the solution, and even extended using no-code development tools available to non-technical business users.
TraceLink Supply Chain Work Management gives organizations the power to collaborate internally and with supply chain partners in real time - with a single source of shared truth, supporting continuous improvement processes and helping organizations achieve consistent performance outcomes and the highest levels of quality. This will enable organizations to overcome current supply chain challenges and help the organization acquire new customers and grow revenue.
