What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload, manage, and update qualifications. It saves time and keeps everything organised in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow to update qualifications, but overall it’s very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the hassle of tracking and proving qualifications, benefiting me with quicker onboarding and simplified compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
I find MyPass Global incredibly valuable as it significantly reduces my workload by allowing technicians to upload their own documents. This feature saves me a tremendous amount of time. I also appreciate how effortlessly I can keep track of all necessary items for site compliance related to our projects. One of the standout features is the flexibility it offers in adding various positions and customizing what is tracked for each technician. This adaptability ensures we only manage the relevant data without unnecessary clutter, which improves our efficiency. Overall, MyPass Global offers a streamlined solution for compliance tracking, and I believe it is well worth trying, as reflected in my high recommendation score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that the columns on the overview page are not adjustable, which limits my ability to customize the view according to my preferences. Additionally, I dislike that the data export functionality is lacking in options to filter the data. Being able to export only the required information would enhance efficiency and eliminate unnecessary data handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MyPass Global to track compliance efficiently, saving significant time as technicians upload documents themselves and only relevant data is tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about MyPass Global is the efficiency of accessing the worker's qualifications online. It's a digital passport containing all their Inductions and tickets. They can also monitor their tickets if they're expiring soon and update them easily. MyPass Global also has a way of detecting if the worker profile has a duplicate account and combines them into one. Now that MyPass launches its mobile app, it has become much easier and accessible anytime, anywhere!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside that I've encountered is when there's a syncing issue when the worker has already completed the Induction.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to manage personnel requirements for a project and also in house training. The customer support service is amazing and very willing to help you make Mypass work within your specific business. Once it is set up, the ease of adjusting requirements as you go or adding in new requirements is great. The overview screen is great to check on a monthly basis to ensure all the requirements are valid and if any certifications are about to expire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personnel data screen is small and harder to navigate. It would be easier to read the date if it was displayed across the whole screen (similar to the Overview screen).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started in my role as Accounts Manager, they had a very manual system for keeping track of trainings and certifications that the team required. With the use of Mypass, I can now easily access a quick snapshot of where the compliance of the team is and if any further training is required.
