Sharing my great experience with MyPass

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about MyPass Global is the efficiency of accessing the worker's qualifications online. It's a digital passport containing all their Inductions and tickets. They can also monitor their tickets if they're expiring soon and update them easily. MyPass Global also has a way of detecting if the worker profile has a duplicate account and combines them into one. Now that MyPass launches its mobile app, it has become much easier and accessible anytime, anywhere!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside that I've encountered is when there's a syncing issue when the worker has already completed the Induction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they resolve the case in a timely manner

Effective software to help manage personnel requirements

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to manage personnel requirements for a project and also in house training. The customer support service is amazing and very willing to help you make Mypass work within your specific business. Once it is set up, the ease of adjusting requirements as you go or adding in new requirements is great. The overview screen is great to check on a monthly basis to ensure all the requirements are valid and if any certifications are about to expire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personnel data screen is small and harder to navigate. It would be easier to read the date if it was displayed across the whole screen (similar to the Overview screen).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started in my role as Accounts Manager, they had a very manual system for keeping track of trainings and certifications that the team required. With the use of Mypass, I can now easily access a quick snapshot of where the compliance of the team is and if any further training is required.

What do you like best about the product?
MyPass is looking to be a game-changer for managing workforce compliance on my project. The platform not only streamlines credential management but also offers project assignment and skills matrix options I hadn’t realised were available—making compliance and mobilisation far more efficient. Big shout-out to Van for the outstanding customer service and personalised training sessions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features take a little exploring, but that just shows how much value is built into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve found MyPass incredibly helpful for keeping my workforce compliant—no more messy spreadsheets or chasing staff. It streamlines mobilisation, gives me clear visibility with skills matrices, and the personalised training sessions (plus Van’s outstanding support) have made a real difference.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about MyPass is the level of customer support provided. Every time I encountered an issue, Romeo Pardillo Jr was there to assist me. He not only followed up promptly but also made sure that each matter was tracked until it was fully resolved. That kind of dedication gave me confidence in the platform and made the experience much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few minor issues with the system from time to time, but nothing major. The key point is that whenever something came up, it was addressed quickly with the right support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MyPass Global is solving the problem of managing workforce compliance, qualifications, and access in a simple and centralized way. Instead of dealing with scattered emails, spreadsheets, or multiple platforms, I can rely on MyPass to keep everything in one place and up to date. This saves me time, reduces administrative errors, and gives me confidence that my team’s credentials and site requirements are always compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
Its my go to to check certificates of personnel and sometimes I've had to download certificates as I was unable to find them on our work database. Having only ten personnel on Mypass makes it easy to see everyones qualifications in one place. Easy to upload certificates. Customer support from Dennell was fantastic when mobilising for OMV, that girl deserves a raise! Her guidance enabled the ease of implementation and integration. I only use it maybe once or twice a month but don't have a problem negotiating my way around once in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I seem to always have to refer to my notes when inviting someone, but thats probably because I dont use it everyday. I'm also not good at the matrices and how to maybe do one up for our personnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a requirement to be on Mypass for our personnel to be on some Petrochemical sites, mainly Methanex and OMV. This would be for H&S reasons.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to centralize personnel compliance, automate training tracking, and integrate with some other platforms, which helps reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Having company's Skills Matrix feature to streamline internal competency management seems a very good alternative. Easy to use, but when any challenges come up, they have a "live" support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, the experience has been very good so far. When any improvement point opportunity is raised, support team is usually very open to listen, or give us alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly centralize all personnel data in one system and manage personnel competence. Little by little, I will start using their recruitment/sourcing feature as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Good customer support - My Pass is great way to track multiple employees certificates and ensure compliancy of your employees on multiple projects

I think MyPass interface can be a slightly outdated and could be a bit more user friendly and dynamic
