EntryWatch subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experience a material issue with the service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the charge. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@entry.watch with your organisation name, AWS account ID and reason for the request.
