Design Thinking is about winning the hearts of individual users whose life is enhanced through their interaction with your products and services. Simply put, Design Thinking Workshops focus on creating iconic experiences for users. We call these iconic user experiences Hills. Design Hills are aspirational and define the mission and scope of the functions required. They serve to focus the design and development work on desired, measurable outcomes.

Who? What? How? Design Hills often can be broken into multiple Agile User Stories that can, in turn, be grouped as features for a release within the product backlog.
