    Cloud Scal3 customer success team engages with FinOps Center customers to validate that their AWS pre-requisite components are configured correctly, that their installation is successful, first budget file is integrated, and that the cloud engineer and FinOps CCoE team understand their Day 1 and ongoing daily activities.

    • Validate Pre-Requisite AWS Environment components are configured correctly including that the Cost and Usage Report is Replicated Correct to CloudOps Account
    • Validate that Budget File has been uploaded and loading to FinOps Center Databases.
    • Validate that AWS Accounts are loading
    • Demonstrate how Map 1st AWS Account
    • Demonstrate how to Add Users
    • Demonstrate how to Set and Update Budgets
    • Demonstrate how to Map Credits
    • Demonstrate how to Add first Amazon QuickSight Dashboard
    • Demonstrate how to Create and Apply a Estimate.
    • Discuss the Close of Month Considerations
    • Demonstrate how to apply FinOps Center Updates
