AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy SOVRA ProjectTracker through a single annual subscription billed as a one-year contract. This is the only pricing option on AWS Marketplace, so there are no tiers or usage-based add-ons to choose between. You commit for a 12-month term at the listed rate. Pricing is scoped to your agency, covering the modules you select and your scope of use. Onboarding and training come with the subscription, so you do not pay separate setup fees. You can begin with one department and expand over time as your needs grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What shapes the price of my annual subscription?
Four inputs shape your quote: the number of agencies, departments, and users; your annual procurement or solicitation volume; the functions you use across sourcing, contracts, payments, and spend optimization; and the finance system integrations or data migration you need.
Are internal users capped, or do I pay more as staff grow?
Every quote includes unlimited internal users and departments. Adding staff or teams inside your agency does not change your subscription. You can start with one department and expand across your organization over time, with your customer success manager helping plan each phase.
Does the annual subscription include onboarding, or are those billed separately?
Onboarding and training are included in your subscription with no separate setup or implementation fees. You also get single sign-on, priority chat and phone support, an assigned customer success manager, and support for your supplier community as part of the same annual term.
