AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
SOVRA Shop is offered through a single contract dimension rather than fixed tiers or usage units. The Marketplace listing shows one line item marked "Not applicable," which means pricing is not set by a published per-unit rate. Instead, your cost is arranged privately based on your agency's scope of use. Shop is a web portal where government buyers browse and buy from contracts and supplier catalogs. Because there is only one dimension, there are no size levels, add-ons, or volume steps to compare. Contact the vendor to scope terms for your organization.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the SOVRA Shop module actually give government buyers?
Shop is a web portal where public sector buyers browse and buy from your existing contracts and supplier catalogs. It provides a consumer-like shopping experience built for government procurement, keeping purchases compliant and tied to approved contracts.
What factors determine my price if the Marketplace unit shows "Not applicable"?
Your price is scoped from four inputs: number of agencies, departments, and users; annual solicitation volume; the modules you select; and system integrations like ERP and finance connections. Because there is no per-unit rate, the vendor builds a tailored quote around your footprint.
Can I start with the Shop module alone and add other modules later?
Yes. The platform is modular, so you can begin with one area and expand over time. Your quote scales as you grow, and a customer success manager helps plan each phase. Onboarding and training are included, with no separate setup fee.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sovra Procurement Management keeps everything in one place and is easy to use. It saves me time and keeps things organized. The ability to track and manage approvals easily is really beneficial. Before using Sovra, we had issues with scattered emails, Slack approvals, and files in different folders, but now I can see the full status without chasing people. I appreciate that I can quickly track whether a request is submitted, under review, or approved without having to ask around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system feels a bit slow, especially when loading larger bids or documents. The interface can also take some time to get used to. It's not always very intuitive at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sovra Procurement Management organizes purchasing tasks by consolidating emails and spreadsheets into one place, making it easier to manage vendors, bids, and contracts. It simplifies tracking and approvals, saving time and reducing the need to chase people to see the full status.

Plenty of Unfiltered Free RFPs and Easy Access Through Bidnet Listings

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sovra is that there are many free RFPs that come in through their various state Bidnet listings. It is easy to click on the email link and get to the RFP online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the free subscriptions via Bidnet Direct send out a ridiculous number of irrelevant RFPs. I imagine that their paid subscriptions allow for a more targeted group of RFPs but their subscriptions are more costly than their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bidnet Direct provides access to free RFP advertisements every day... some of which don't show up on my paid RFP subscriptions.

Time-Saving, Efficient Grant Management
Reviewed on Apr 23, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Sovra Procurement Management saves me and my colleagues time. Having everything organized under one platform really helps keep us organized. The time-saving aspect kind of keeps the company morale high. When we're applying for a grant that has quite a bit of moving pieces, especially for federal and state funding, we won't be wasting a ton of time looking for things that may seem unimportant but are obviously very important to the federal and state government. Aside from saving us time, it also makes the busy work seem less tedious. It actually makes us more likely to apply for grants because we know Sovra will keep us well organized and save us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess maybe they can improve speediness. But that's not even something that I would know how to measure because I don't really even have something to compare it to. So I really have no complaints as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sovra Procurement Management to keep our grant-related tasks well-organized under one platform, saving time and reducing the tediousness of busy work. It enhances our efficiency in applying for grants and maintaining high company morale.
