This problem contributes to bottlenecks during operations, system modifications, and business process re-engineering.
Deloitte’s HHS NextGen Policy Engine is a generative AI solution that uses a Large Language Model on AWS Bedrock to help answer questions about policies and procedures. Policy Engine aims to provide structured, factual responses that are grounded in the policies and procedures of the organization. It allows users to rate and provide feedback on the responses, offering opportunities for continuous improvement.
Policy Engine can be integrated into existing employee-facing web applications to provide staff with convenient access to helpful resources.
