Trace3 Cloud Adoption Framework Engagement

The goal for the Trace3 Cloud Adoption Framework engagement is to facilitate conversation between key stakeholders of an organization on their preparedness to address common obstacles, and proactively avoid pitfalls found during the early stages of cloud adoption. This engagement is a partnership between the Trace3 Cloud Solutions Group and Management Consulting teams in order to drive maximum Digital and Cloud Transformation with your organization.

The CAF contains nine (9) pillars across both business and technical domains to analyze your organizations Cloud Operating Model and provide a prioritized list of recommendations which can be used to create an action plan toward unobstructed cloud adoption.

Scope: During this Service, Trace3 will perform the following tasks in a phased approach:

Discover

• Obtain relevant business process and technical documentation around your organizations Cloud Strategy
• Identify Stakeholders for each of the nine (9) CAF pillars
• Conduct workshops around each pillar and detail best practices for Cloud
• Host discovery sessions with key stakeholders for each pillar

Analyze

• Perform Gap Analysis for each pillar
• Collate information for all deliverable documents
• Conduct follow-ups with any stakeholders that are required

Recommend (Deliverables)

• Trace3 will produce a prioritized list of recommended operational improvements to your organizations Cloud Operating Model
• Trace3 will provide a Decision Log detailing all Decisions made during the workshops
• Trace3 will produce a sample high-level solution architecture for the future Cloud environment
• Trace3 will provide recommendations to improve Cloud Adoption within your organization
• Trace3 will provide a strategic roadmap which includes recommendations from all CAF pillars
