RT: Personalize in real-time (RT) your eCommerce experience for each of your users through product recommendations. Set your content adapted to each user in real time and develop easy use cases with quick and tangible results.

DM: Get to know your customers in depth with segmentation tools, purchase propensity studies (Buyer-Person Analysis) or CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) classification. Pleasepoint also allows you to export the results of these tools easily through Data Models to enrich other solutions you use, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

DM One-to-one: Get massive product recommendations in CSV format for user segments obtained through analysis with Pleasepoint's DM products.
Pricing model: -Contract: Gives you full access to Pleasepoint Platform. -RT: You will be billed for every block of requests you make. You have a free tier of 50K recommendations every month. -DM: You will be billed daily for the total number of users in the database, only the days you execute a DM feature (Whether segmentation, CLV Classification or Buyer-persona analysis ) during that given day.
- DM One-to-one: you are billed for every block of 1000 recommended users. -Item-item or Ranking recommendation engines: you are billed daily for every additional active engine.

Vendor refund policy
Once you cancel the account, you will not be charged anything more. The system will be available to you until the end date of your billing cycle. For the equal treatment of all our customers, there will be no exceptions to this Return Policy.
