Infrastructure updates for EKS, RDS, and other managed services. • Change Approval: Ticket-driven change workflow. Written customer sign-off required before any resource modification. Full audit trail on every environment change. • Change Intelligence: Real-time correlation of every deployment, code change, and SDLC event to your live AWS environment. When an incident occurs, Avahi identifies what changed, who changed it, and what it broke. Detects unauthorized changes and configuration drift before they reach production. • Planning & Reporting: Monthly SLA and cost report. Quarterly Well-Architected Framework Review. Written escalation ladder ending at Avahi leadership. • AI Agent Monitoring: For teams running Amazon Bedrock Agents, Avahi provides full-stack observability: behavioral anomaly detection, cost and token economics alerting, orchestration and latency monitoring via CloudWatch golden signals, and quota/consumption management to prevent throttles before your business feels them.
How It Works Week 1: Deploy. Avahi deploys monitoring, security, and FinOps tooling via CloudFormation into your AWS Organization using a hub-and-spoke model. No IAM keys shared. Weeks 2-3: Go Live. Production accounts receive continuous monitoring. Dev and Staging get ticket-based support. First incident flows begin. Day 30: First Report. Response SLAs (contractual, every severity level in writing): • Critical (production down, no workaround): < 1 hour response, 24/7.
