    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Riskified for fraud detection, and I like that it works to flag high risk transactions. It's easy to set up as well.

    The linking data is not correct and not detailed enough; the indicators are not always correct.

    I use Riskified for fraud detection to flag high-risk activities, but while it works, it's not perfect.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The AI makes accurate decisions. Riskified saves us a lot of time by not having to manually create rules. The dashboard is easy to use and provides excellent details on metrics. Riskified is constantly evolving and providing new products. They have increased our approval rate significantly since we started using the service leading to an excellent return on investment. Our account manager is great at escalating feedback to their support team and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of Riskified's metrics at first glance seem a little hard to understand, but they are definitely accurate. Tool Tips with an explanation of each metric would be useful for users just getting familiar with the tool
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Riskified is helping us to not worry about order limits or electronic gift cards. Since they guarantee all orders, we have not had to cap order totals or restrict gift card purchases on the website.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Peace of mind knowing that our transactions are guaranteed when approved.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the model gets it wrong and declines orders from repeat customers. We also have an overseas sales team that uses a VPN and places orders over the phone, and Riskified seems to factor those IP addresses into its decisions even though we’ve already flagged this to the engineers.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It relieves us from having to do manual due diligence on transactions, which is especially important since our AOV is quite high.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most about Riskified is that it helps us approve more genuine customers with confidence, instead of being overly cautious and losing good orders. It takes a lot of the manual effort out of fraud review, helps reduce chargebacks and gives us more confidence in scaling without adding unnecessary friction to the customer experience.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    What I dislike most is that it can feel a bit like a black box at times - when an order is declined, I’d sometimes like more visibility into why. It also seems to be on the pricier side.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The biggest problem Riskified solves for us is fraud and chargeback exposure. The chargeback guarantee is the main benefit, because it gives us more confidence in approving orders and reduces the financial risk if a fraudulent transaction slips through, while also cutting down the need for manual review.

    What I like best about Riskified is how easy it is to use and integrate into daily operations. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, and the integration with our existing systems was efficient, allowing us to go live quickly without operational complexity.

    The platform is intuitive and reliable, which makes it easy to use on a frequent basis and embed into everyday workflows. At the same time, Riskified offers a solid range of features that effectively cover our fraud-prevention needs without feeling overly complex or difficult to manage.

    Another key strength is the customer support: the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, which adds a lot of value both during implementation and in ongoing operations. Overall, Riskified combines ease of use, strong functionality, and excellent support, making it a solution that is easy to adopt, easy to maintain, and highly effective.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some advanced features and deeper customizations could be made more flexible or more easily configurable without requiring additional support or development effort. In certain cases, having more self-service options within the platform would further enhance efficiency.

    Riskified helps us address the challenge of managing fraud risk while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
