Overview
ABI™ is an AI-powered embedded analytics platform that converts natural language questions into live, interactive dashboards in under 60 seconds. Built on Amazon Bedrock, ABI deploys entirely within the customer's AWS account with zero data egress. Over 60 chart types are supported. Output is shareable, embeddable, and persistent, not lost in a chat thread.
ABI operates in two modes. In reactive (Build Tier) mode, users ask questions in plain English and receive live visualizations immediately. In proactive mode (Insights and Enterprise tier), ABI autonomously monitors every dataset the user is authorized to see, runs statistical analysis for anomalies and directional trends, and surfaces findings before anyone asks. Examples: "Northeast revenue dropped 12% versus last quarter, the largest decline in 18 months." "Customer churn is trending toward your 5% threshold and will breach in six weeks."
Every answer includes full explainability: exact SQL generated, confidence scores with training hit counts, tables and columns used, chart selection rationale, and validation status. This audit trail makes ABI suitable for HIPAA, SOC 2, and FedRAMP-adjacent environments where AI outputs must be traceable. Row-level security is enforced at the database layer: the query itself is constructed around user access permissions, not filtered after the fact by a frontend.
ABI's white-label tier provides full brand removal: logo, colors, custom domain, and zero Inferdat branding. End users never know ABI exists. The embedded intelligence engine exposes the full conversational analytics interface, in-chat visual rendering, proactive insights feed, and row-level security via API, not just chart iframes. SaaS and ISV companies use ABI to turn analytics from a cost center into a revenue-generating product feature. The embedded analytics market is projected to grow from $69.6B in 2024 to $182.7B by 2033.
Architecture: ABI deploys directly from the AWS Marketplace in your AWS account running in an isolated VPC leveraging AWS services like ECS Fargate (ARM64), Bedrock, Aurora PostgreSQL, and Elasticache. No data or API calls leave the customer's AWS environment.
Fixed monthly pricing with unlimited users. No per-seat charges, no per-query metering, no surprise invoices. Customers with AWS Enterprise Discount Programs (EDP) can apply ABI costs against their existing AWS commitment. After deployment, ABI learns the customer's schema, business terminology, and user preferences: institutional knowledge that compounds over time.

Vendor refund policy
ABI™ offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If ABI does not meet your requirements within the first 14 days of deployment, contact abisupport@inferdat.ai for a full refund of software charges. After 14 days, subscriptions may be canceled at any time with no further charges beyond the current billing period. Refunds for the current period after 14 days are evaluated case-by-case. AWS infrastructure costs are handled separately by AWS.
