AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pick a server profile and pay hourly per NCache Enterprise server deployed. Each profile pairs a RAM amount with a vCPU count, so the 17 options scale across memory sizes from 4 to 256 and vCPU counts from 2 to 64. Larger RAM and vCPU combinations cost more per hour. Each profile name (for example, Ent-16/8) shows its RAM and vCPU pairing. You choose the number of servers to deploy, with a minimum of two per environment for high availability. Cloud infrastructure (VMs, load balancer) is billed separately by AWS.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one NCache server profile like Ent-16/8 actually give me?
Each profile pairs a RAM amount with a vCPU count. Ent-16/8 means a server with 16 GB RAM and 8 vCPUs. Each NCache server runs on one virtual machine matching that profile. You deploy at least two servers per environment for high availability.
Am I charged software fees when my NCache servers are stopped or scaled down?
You pay hourly software charges per running NCache server. When you remove servers at runtime, those servers stop accruing software charges. You can add or remove servers without downtime to match traffic. Underlying cloud resources may still bill separately until deprovisioned.
What is included in the hourly charge, and what do I pay AWS separately?
The hourly charge covers the NCache software per server profile and number of servers. You pay AWS directly for infrastructure: the virtual machines, a public network load balancer for management, and a per-GB data processing fee. The scaling group cluster and private DNS carry no charge.

This CloudFormation template provisions a complete NCache Cloud deployment: an Auto Scaling Group of EC2 instances running NCache in Docker containers, a security group for cluster and client traffic, and an IAM role enabling automatic cluster discovery. When new instances launch, whether at initial deployment or during scale-out, they automatically discover existing cluster members via the Auto Scaling Group and join the NCache cluster with no manual configuration. Scale-in events trigger a graceful node departure before termination, ensuring cluster stability.
CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."
Version release notes
Initial release of NCache Cloud for AWS Marketplace. Includes Docker-based NCache deployment on Ubuntu 24.04, with automatic Auto Scaling Group cluster discovery and graceful scale-in handling.

Usage instructions
After launching this CloudFormation stack, NCache Cloud will automatically
provision an Auto Scaling Group of EC2 instances running NCache in Docker
containers. Nodes discover each other via the Auto Scaling Group and
join the cache cluster automatically; no manual cluster configuration
is required.
Deployment Parameters:
FirstName, LastName, CompanyName, EmailAddress
ClusterSize: Number of NCache nodes to launch (minimum 1, default 3).
Increasing this value and updating the stack will scale the cluster
automatically.
InstanceType: EC2 instance type for cluster nodes (default: t3.large).
Post-Deployment Access:
Retrieve the stack Outputs (SecurityGroupId, AutoScalingGroupName)
from the CloudFormation console.
Connect to the NCache cluster from your application using the NCache
client SDK on port 9800.
Access the NCache Management Center on ports 8250 to 8251 for cluster
monitoring and cache configuration.
SSH access (port 22) is available for administration using the key
pair specified at launch.
Scaling:
To add or remove nodes, update the ClusterSize parameter and apply a
stack update. New nodes automatically join the existing cluster; nodes
being terminated during scale-in gracefully leave the cluster before
shutdown to preserve data integrity.
