With our robust cloud-hosted solution, you can-seamlessly migrate your Building Management System (BMS) head-end, significantly reducing the need for on-site hardware and maintenance visits. The platform is designed to provide reliability and peace of mind, with 99.9% uptime and a disaster recovery plan that guarantees service restoration within four hours. Additionally, continuous data backups ensure your information is always secure. Managed and licensed by Neeve, the service offers 5 different Niagara license types, with further incremental licensing options available through private offers to suit a variety of needs. Our infrastructure can be sized from 2 vCPUs with 8 GB of memory to 8 vCPUs and 32 GB memory. 100GB of block storage is included. By moving your master supervisor to the cloud, you can aggregate data and control functions across an entire portfolio of on-premise BMS systems, all from a single location. This centralized approach allows you to pull data from multiple buildings and feed it into an independent cloud-based data layer, empowering advanced analytics and AI applications to optimize your entire operation.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
