Overview
Con l'applicazione Genialcloud Proj SDI puoi gestire con velocita' e semplicita' l'intero processo della fatturazione elettronica, dall'emissione, invio e ricezione delle fatture elettroniche in formato xml attraverso il Sistema di Interscambio (SDI), alla conservazione digitale. Puoi monitorare lo stato delle tue fatture inviate/ricevute, e le relative notifiche di eventuali errori. Il Sistema di Interscambio e' un sistema informatico, gestito dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, che ha 3 importanti funzioni:
- Ricevere ed inviare le fatture in formato XML, l'unico accettato per Legge.
- Effettuare tutti i controlli necessari sui file ricevuti.
- Inviare, o meglio inoltrare, le fatture ricevute (in formato XML) agli enti pubblici, destinatari delle fatture. Questa e' la versione PROFESSIONAL, contattaci per la ENTERPRISE o ENTERPRISE+

Dimensions summary
You choose one of three annual contract tiers based on how many electronic invoices (fatture) you process per year. The Base tier covers 500 invoices per year and does not include substitute archiving (archiviazione sostitutiva). The Avanzato tier raises the limit to 2,500 invoices per year and adds substitute archiving. The Enterprise tier covers 10,000 invoices per year and also includes substitute archiving. Tiers scale by yearly invoice volume, so you pick the level that matches your expected invoicing activity. Substitute archiving is the main added capability from the Avanzato tier upward.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each tier caps the number of electronic invoices you process per year: 500 for Base, 2,500 for Avanzato, and 10,000 for Enterprise. Every invoice you issue through the system counts as one toward that annual limit. You pick the tier matching your expected yearly invoicing volume.
Substitute archiving stores documents digitally with legal validity, using digital signatures and timestamps so you no longer keep paper copies. This helps meet electronic archiving and data retention rules. The Base tier does not include it. The Avanzato and Enterprise tiers both add substitute archiving.
Each tier sets a fixed yearly invoice limit and is billed as an annual contract. Moving from Base to Avanzato or Enterprise raises the whole yearly allowance, not just the extra invoices. You select the tier that fits your expected volume rather than paying per additional invoice.
