What do you like best about the product?
Be it decision management, managing content or workflow, IBM has a suite that gives you the best combination of services and tools that could streamline your process so easily. It's error-free and compact, what else do you need for automated and easy workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since, it is fairly new, the integration of IBM is a little tricky. From our end, it requires more time than needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a one-stop solution to manage and assign workflow and plan things accordingly, with IBM Cloud Pak, we are now able to use its scalable tools to implement both content as well as workflow management.

- Great unified automation experience as CP4BA combines various automation capabitily under one umbrella, eliminating the need to explore multiple tools
