This listing has one pricing dimension. You buy Verify Governance in units, where each unit covers 1,000 workforce identities. Pricing scales with the number of identities you manage. To cover more people, you add more units. Billing follows a contract term. The single-unit structure keeps pricing tied directly to your workforce size, so cost grows in blocks of 1,000 identities.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one workforce identity for billing purposes?
A workforce identity is a user account you manage through the governance platform, such as an employee, contractor, or staff member. Each unit you buy covers 1,000 of these identities. You count the total people whose access you provision, audit, and report on across your systems.
What happens to my cost if my workforce grows beyond a unit boundary?
Each unit covers 1,000 identities. When your managed identities pass a 1,000-identity boundary, you add another unit to cover the additional people. Cost grows in blocks of 1,000 rather than per single identity, so a partial block still requires a full added unit.
What capabilities are included when I license workforce identities?
Each unit covers governance functions applied to your identities. These include lifecycle management for onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, separation-of-duties controls, compliance auditing, and identity analytics. Coverage applies to identities managed on premises and in the cloud, scaling with the units you buy.
