Overview
Capsule is designed for organizations that handle sensitive or regulated information and need to maintain control after data is shared. Traditional storage and sharing solutions focus on where data is stored, but once information leaves its original system, control is often lost. Capsule changes this model by wrapping information into encrypted capsules that remain governed even after they are distributed. Each Capsule is protected by encryption and a conditional access layer that determines when, how, and by whom the information can be opened. Access can be based on predefined rules such as time-based release, inactivity, recipient identity, emergency scenarios, or custom organizational logic. Capsule also supports Decoy Capsules, allowing organizations to present alternative or partial content when real data must remain hidden. Capsule extends beyond storage by enabling AI-powered question generation and free-form Q&A over protected content, allowing users to interact with sensitive information without exposing raw files. For audit and compliance use cases, Capsule can anchor access events and integrity proofs to blockchain, providing verifiable, tamper-resistant records. Capsule is ideal for legal, healthcare, enterprise, and compliance-driven environments where information must remain protected, controlled, and provable after sharing.
Highlights
- **Conditional access to sensitive data after sharing**: encrypted capsules that open only under predefined rules
- **Advanced protection layer**: Decoy Capsules, AI based questions, and context aware access logic
- **Audit and compliance ready**: verifiable proof of access and integrity using blockchain anchoring
