AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose between two contract tiers, both billed monthly. STARTER and PRODUCTION are packaged plans priced in Units, with PRODUCTION set at a higher monthly rate. The tiers reflect different usage scopes, so you pick the package that fits your operational scale. Both plans cover the same underlying browser infrastructure and bill on a fixed monthly rate rather than per request. Moving to PRODUCTION raises your committed monthly spend to support larger scraping workloads. The pricing scales through these preset packages rather than through variable, metered charges.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does a Unit represent for billing, and does cost depend on the number of requests I make?
Pricing is measured in Units billed at a fixed monthly rate. You pay per package rather than per request. The product meters traffic by gigabytes of data processed, so your workload size, not individual request counts, determines which package fits your usage.
What happens if my scraping workload grows beyond the STARTER package?
You move to the PRODUCTION package, which raises your committed monthly rate to support larger workloads. The transition is a package change, not an automatic per-request overage. Both packages run the same browser infrastructure with unlimited concurrent sessions, so scaling means selecting the package that matches your data volume.
Do I pay a flat monthly rate, or does cost vary with how much I use the browser?
Both STARTER and PRODUCTION bill a fixed monthly rate for the package you choose. You commit to a set monthly amount rather than paying variable, metered charges per session or request. Fixed packages suit steady workloads where you can estimate your monthly data needs in advance.

I really find Bright Data helpful for obtaining data in a more accessible way. The data is affordable and of high quality, which makes it ideal for my research. I also appreciate their customer service, which is very thoughtful and meets you where you are. It’s very helpful to have appropriate filters for data to ensure thorough, detailed, and accurate analyses. The ease of setup was great too, largely because their customer service team was very open and available to answering questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While filters can be really helpful, it is sometimes difficult to effectively sort through the data and clean it. I think this is a problem for broader data handling in general, too. It would be really helpful if Bright Data could make the cleaning process easier. I've been really happy with my experience with them, but improving the data cleaning process would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Bright Data provides accessible, affordable data, making it easier to access rich and meaningful data for research without high costs.

Intuitive Platform with Flexible Datasets and Web Scrapers
Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive to use, while also offering different products such as ready-to-use datasets and web scrapers that allow you to build your own dataset, customized to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ready-to-use datasets could be updated more frequently, and the web scraper could offer a bit more customization—for example, letting me choose a specific start and end date. Right now, I can only select how many days back to scrape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offer an easy way to obtain and collect many different types of data, which can be useful for marketing practitioners as well as researchers.

What do you like best about the product?
Bright data is one of the only ways I know to easily get access to current and historical social media data. It is also easy to use and has good customer service. The pro bono data access for academic projects is also a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its unclear how the data is collected. But I mostly am happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bright data is making it much easier to access current social media data, which became a big issue when Twitter/Reddit shut down their APIs.

Unmatched Historical Data Access and Support
Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bright Data for large-scale web data collection to support my academic research. What I like most about Bright Data is its reliability and flexibility for difficult web data collection. The Web Unlocker feature has been particularly useful for recovering pages that standard requests could not access, enhancing the historical coverage of my research datasets. I appreciate the support from the Bright Data Initiative team, especially their responsiveness and understanding of the research use case beyond just providing tools. Additionally, the transparency and control over the collection process that Bright Data offers are invaluable, allowing me to retry challenging pages and differentiate between successful and failed retrievals, which simplifies auditing the data. The platform's visibility into where coverage gaps remain is critical for maintaining the reproducibility and quality of the data I collect. The initial setup was quite straightforward, with example scripts to follow, making the process smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the experience around historical data discovery. It's not always immediately clear which Bright Data product is best suited for accessing older content or how far back a particular dataset or scraper can reliably go. The support team, however, has been very helpful in working through these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bright Data helps me overcome access and coverage gaps in historical web data, making it easier and more reliable to retrieve older news pages and improve dataset completeness for my research.

Bright Data’s AI-Powered Scarpers, Flexible API, Smooth Onboarding, and Best-in-Class Proxy Infra
Reviewed on Jul 30, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Great diverse proxy infrastructure with all level – from super affordable to super stable and a bit more expensive.
Very thoughtfully made API for integrations with highest level of flexibility we've seen in the market.
Great user interface that allows even non-tech users create scrapers with a little help of AI built into product.
Onboarding is super smooth thanks to how-to videos, great UX, documentation. 10/10 here – rare example in the market.
The company Is on top of all the changes in the data extraction world. We use multiple proxy infra, scarring tools simultaneously and always see how Bright Data ship features months in advance compared t other vendors.
I also appreciate the ethical approach BD has , which might be inconvenient short term but long term gives you a reliable tested data handling partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's the problem of our overall data tracking architecture (yet we do use parallel-running scrapers), 3rd party platforms we extract data from, or it's the BD's side – but sometimes it takes too long to complete the job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bright Data helps us extract data from Cloud Flare - powered sites automatically, without having to babysitting workflows and do things manually. We have workflows running on the AI agent side, as well as wishing low-code automation tools (Make + n8n) and we then pull the structured dat into our database and do manipulations from there. For some automations we also use BD's built in automated browsing capabilities to access to hardest sites and extracts data from there.
