A dedicated Customer Success Manager guides implementation, data validation, administrator training, rollout planning, and role-based enablement. After launch, customers continue to receive support with adoption, new use cases, and interpreting Span data.
Our Support Engineering team is available via Slack from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET for product questions, troubleshooting, and technical assistance, with escalation to Span's engineering and product teams as needed.
