Cloud Ready is a 12-month cloud skills program priced by the number of participants you enroll. You choose a single tier that matches your headcount. The seven tiers scale by participant count: Small covers up to 50, Medium covers 51-100, Large covers 101-200, XL covers 201-300, 2XL covers 301-500, 3XL covers 501-750, and 4XL covers 751-1000. As your participant count grows, you move to a larger tier. All tiers deliver the same structured program; the tier only reflects how many participants you cover.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one participant for billing purposes?
A participant is one learner enrolled in the Cloud Ready program. You count each individual person who joins the 12-month program. Your total headcount determines which tier you select, from Small covering up to 50 people to 4XL covering 751 to 1000 people.
What happens to my cost if my participant count grows past my tier's limit?
Each tier covers a fixed participant range. If your headcount exceeds your tier's upper limit, you move to the next tier that fits your count. The tier reflects total participants covered, not just the additional ones. Contact the vendor to change tiers.
What does the participant fee include beyond course access?
Each participant fee covers the full 12-month structured program. This includes self-paced learning paths, skill assessments, hands-on labs and sandboxes, and certification prep. You also get a program manager, a dedicated program page, and continuing education resources after completion. All tiers include the same program content.

A “Podcast for Your Brain” That Makes Learning Varied IT Subjects Effortless
Reviewed on Feb 19, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's like a podcast for your brain. The visuals are super helpful but more often that not, I have it on in the background, and I'm learning about Python while I'm going about my day
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very minor, but the GUI has not improved. In fact, it's become more difficult to get to the places I use the most. I love the Weekly Goals but now it's 4 button clicks to check my progress, before it was like 2
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's filling in information gaps. I listen to Azure and Microsoft stuff for my job, but it also offers great topics on other IT-related things. Love it

These features make it easy to measure your proficiency and follow the right upskilling path. Users also consistently praise the platform’s well‑organized content and depth across cloud, security, software development, and data topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses can become outdated over time, and the UI can feel clunky for certain users. Others note that pricing may feel high, especially since subscriptions don’t offer lifetime access, and individual learners sometimes report frustrations with billing practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pluralsight solves the challenge of keeping up with rapidly evolving technology by offering structured, scalable skill development with role‑based paths, assessments, and hands‑on labs. This helps you close skill gaps faster, track progress objectively, and stay current with industry‑relevant tech skills.

Hands-On Labs and Clear, Well-Structured Courses for Real Cloud Practice
Reviewed on Jan 21, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the hands-on labs the most, as they make it easy to practice real cloud scenarios instead of just watching videos. The courses are well-structured and explained clearly, which helps in understanding complex cloud concepts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced topics could go deeper, especially for experienced users. Also, a few labs feel overly guided, which limits room for exploration and problem-solving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A Cloud Guru helps bridge the gap between theoretical cloud knowledge and real-world practice through hands-on labs and structured courses. This makes it easier for me to build practical skills, prepare for certifications, and apply what I learn directly at work.

Consistent Upskilling with Real-World Technical Content
Reviewed on Dec 25, 2025
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Pluralsight Skills provides an intuitive and well-organized learning interface, making technical upskilling straightforward. The platform stands out for its comprehensive set of features, such as skill assessments, curated learning paths, and interactive courses, all of which encourage frequent use for ongoing development. Its straightforward implementation process enables both individuals and teams to begin learning without delay, and seamless integration with enterprise tools supports broader organizational training goals. Furthermore, the customer support and available learning resources are dependable and offer valuable assistance whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Pluralsight Skills offers a broad range of features, the sheer depth of its content can at times be overwhelming, which may slightly hinder ease of use for those new to the platform. How often you use it may depend on how relevant the courses are to your specific role, especially since not all courses are updated equally. The platform is generally straightforward to implement, but accessing advanced integrations might require a higher-tier plan, which can influence the overall ease of integration. Customer support is usually effective, though response times can be slower during busy periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pluralsight Skills addresses the challenge of recognizing skill gaps and staying current with technical knowledge in today’s rapidly evolving technology environment. The platform offers structured learning paths, skill assessments, and role-based courses, allowing both individuals and teams to concentrate on the most pertinent skills. For me, this means I can engage in continuous learning, boost my technical confidence, and make more informed decisions in projects, all of which contribute to greater productivity and sustained professional growth.

Personalized Learning Paths and Practical Teaching
Reviewed on Nov 04, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
What I personally like about Pluralsight is how straightforward the learning experience is. I don't have to figure out where to start, it recommends courses based on my skill level, job profile and goals, which saves time. Here, the instructors actually teach, they don't just read slides. I pick up techniques and workflows I can directly apply at work. The integration with other tools like skill IQ and certification paths make it more useful to understand me where i stand and what i should focus on. These skill quizzes are a good reality check as they keep me motivated to level up without feeling stressful. I use it 2-3 days a week to keep learning or giving skills assessments which makes me stay levelled up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hands on labs should be available for all the topics as some of them does not have them. I believe it is very easier to learn when we try things directly or practise after learning instead of just watching a video and understanding a concept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pluralsight helps me keep my skills up to date without spending hours searching for the right learning material online. It gives me a clear path for what to learn next based on my job designation, past courses or profile so I don’t feel lost when picking new topics. The platform saves me time by bringing structured latest courses, assessments, and progress tracking all in one place. It is also great for building confidence before starting a new project or certification at work. Another good feature it provides is offline player where i can download the courses and videos and watch it later whenever i want without internet. Overall, it makes learning more organized and helps me grow at a steady pace.
