Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Cloud Ready as a 12-month contract priced by the number of participants. Seven tiers scale with your program size: Small covers up to 50 participants, Medium covers 51 to 100, Large covers 101 to 200, XL covers 201 to 300, 2XL covers 301 to 500, 3XL covers 501 to 750, and 4XL covers 751 to 1000. You pick the tier matching your participant count. Larger participant bands carry a higher price. Each tier delivers the same structured cloud learning program, so cost changes only with how many people you enroll.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one participant for billing, and how do I pick the right tier?
A participant is one enrolled learner in the 12-month program. Count the people you plan to enroll, then choose the tier whose range covers that number. For example, 120 learners fall in the Large tier, which covers 101 to 200 participants.
What happens if my enrolled participant count crosses into the next tier's range?
Pricing follows the tier that matches your total participant count, not a per-person add-on. If your enrollment exceeds your current tier's range, you move to the tier that covers the new count. That shift changes the whole contract price, not just the extra participants.
What does the program include for every participant regardless of tier?
Each participant gets the same three-level program: cloud foundations, specialization, and strategy. It includes role-based learning paths, skill assessments, hands-on labs and sandboxes, and certification prep. You also get a program manager and a dedicated program page. Only the participant count changes across tiers, not the included content.
