HashiCorp Terraform QuickStart

The programs consists of the following:

• Half-day Discovery Workshop with key stakeholders from your organization
• Develop understanding of current and desired future-state Service Delivery processes
• Understand desired Terraform Cloud/Enterprise Use Cases in future-state Service Delivery
• Develop a baseline for desired outcomes of the Quickstart offering
• Half-day Design Workshop with key stakeholders from your organization covering technical and organizational design recommendations
• Create Backlog of Project tasks based on Discovery & Design
• Generate a Terraform Cloud/Enterprise on AWS architecture based upon the Design Workshop
• Recommend and document a recommended branching strategy for your organization
• Deploy the Terraform Cloud/Enterprise Platform within (1) AWS Cloud Region
• Deploy up to three (3) Terraform Cloud/Enterprise Workspaces & VCS Provider Integrations
• Develop up to three (3) Terraform Cloud/Enterprise Modules for commonly used workloads
• Develop up to three (3) Terraform Cloud/Enterprise Sentinel Policies mapped to provided compliance requirements
• Enable auditing and logging on the Terraform Cloud/Enterprise Platform
• Enable Enterprise Authentication methods such as AD/SSO/LDAP
• Provide Testing and Acceptance of Terraform Cloud/Enterprise Platform for Operations Team onboarding
• Develop and hand-off Terraform Cloud/Enterprise as-built Documentation
• Provide documentation that outlines Terraform Cloud/Enterprise usage best practices
• Conduct up to four (4) hours of Knowledge Transfer over the course of two (2) or fewer meetings with customer identified stakeholders
