i-GENTIC uses autonomous AI agents to convert regulations into enforceable controls, govern other AI systems in real time, and generate audit-ready evidence for regulated industries.
i-GENTIC: Autonomous AI Agents for Compliance and Governance
i-GENTIC is an agent-based governance platform that automates the full compliance lifecycle - from interpreting a regulation to enforcing it, proving it was followed, and preparing regulatory submissions. Teams in regulated industries use i-GENTIC to reduce manual compliance effort, release products faster, and lower regulatory risk.
Using large language models within a multi-agent architecture, i-GENTIC reads regulatory text, guidance documents, internal policies, and SOPs and converts them into machine-executable controls. Governance agents monitor and enforce those controls inside your existing data, quality, and workflow systems, detect deviations, and trigger remediation or escalation automatically. Every check, exception, and fix is logged as audit evidence.
AI-on-AI Governance: Real-Time Compliance for AI Systems
i-GENTIC provides native, real-time governance for other AI systems as they operate. Rather than auditing AI systems after the fact, i-GENTIC agents monitor, enforce controls on, and generate compliance evidence for third-party or internal AI systems in-flight - acting as an AI-governance layer over your entire AI portfolio and aligning with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
Key Capabilities
Regulation-to-Control Translation - Converts regulatory and policy text into executable rules, cutting manual interpretation effort.
Submission-Ready Outputs - Assembles documentation for FDA IND, BLA, NDA, and 510(k), traceable to source evidence.
Continuous Enforcement - Agents monitor and act on controls in real time, catching issues as they happen.
In-Flight AI Governance - Monitors and enforces compliance controls on third-party and internal AI systems in real time, generating evidence aligned with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
Self-Correcting Workflows - Deviations trigger automated remediation or escalation.
Real-Time Audit Evidence - Produces a traceable log of every compliance action for faster audits and inspections.
Multi-Jurisdiction - Maps overlapping obligations across regulators and regions in a single control framework.
Multilingual - Processes regulations and produces outputs in multiple languages.
Bring Your Own Model (BYOM) - Runs on i-GENTIC models or your organization's approved LLMs.
Out-of-the-Box Connectors - Prebuilt integrations with QMS platforms and enterprise systems, plus REST APIs and webhooks.
Change Tracking - Automatically updates controls when regulations or policies change.

How i-GENTIC Is Different
Unlike AI copilots that suggest actions for a person to take, i-GENTIC agents enforce controls autonomously and record evidence, with human approval where required. Unlike traditional GRC tools that track controls and collect evidence manually, i-GENTIC executes controls inside live workflows and generates evidence automatically. Unlike retrospective AI audit tools that review AI systems after the fact, i-GENTIC governs other AI systems in-flight - enforcing controls and generating compliance evidence as those systems operate.
Highlights
Regulation-to-Control Translation: i-GENTIC reads regulatory text, policies, and SOPs and converts them into executable controls mapped to source clauses - replacing the manual control-mapping process used by traditional GRC tools. Controls update automatically when regulations change, eliminating manual rework and keeping compliance current across multi-jurisdiction environments.
Real-Time AI-on-AI Governance: i-GENTIC governs other AI systems in-flight, monitoring and enforcing compliance controls on third-party or internal AI models as they operate - not after the fact like retrospective audit tools. This aligns with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001, making i-GENTIC a real-time governance layer over your entire AI ecosystem.
Continuous Enforcement with Audit-Ready Evidence: Governance agents monitor and enforce controls across existing data, quality, and workflow systems with no rip-and-replace required - unlike traditional platforms that demand full system replacement. Every compliance check, exception, and remediation is logged with timestamps and source references, producing audit-ready reports on demand.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension: Contact for Pricing. You do not select from preset tiers or usage units on AWS Marketplace. Instead, you reach out to the vendor to arrange terms. Pricing is tailored to your deployment and scope rather than fixed to a published rate. This fits a governance platform where agent counts, deployment footprint, and regulatory scope vary by customer. To get a quote, contact the vendor to discuss your specific use case and requirements.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How is the price determined if the listing shows Contact for Pricing?
Pricing is set after you discuss your needs with the vendor. Cost reflects your deployment footprint, the number of agents you run, and the regulatory scope you govern. There is no fixed published rate on AWS Marketplace, so you request a quote tailored to your use case.
What factors affect how much i-GENTIC costs for my organization?
Cost scales with how you deploy and use the platform. Factors include agent count, deployment model such as cloud, on-premises, or air-gapped, and the regulatory frameworks you enforce. Features like full policy ingestion, bring-your-own-model support, and dedicated support can also shape your quote.
Can I deploy on-premises or in a hybrid setup under this pricing arrangement?
Yes. The default deployment runs on AWS, but on-premises and hybrid installs are supported using containerized agents. You control network egress and data residency across all footprints. Since deployment footprint affects scope, discuss your chosen model with the vendor when arranging terms.
