Kura Financials subscriptions are billed through AWS Marketplace. All charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the AWS Marketplace console to avoid future charges. If you experience a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@kurafinancials.com within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review your request in accordance with AWS Marketplace policies.
