AWS Managed Services for Data and Analytics Workloads

     Info
IPC Global operates the AWS environments behind your data and analytics platforms: data lakes on Amazon S3, warehouses on Amazon Redshift, data pipelines, and client-managed Qlik on AWS. We monitor, patch, secure, and optimize cost so your team can focus on insights.

    Overview

Data and analytics platforms on AWS need more than generic infrastructure support. Pipelines must run on schedule, warehouses must stay tuned, and costs must stay predictable. IPC Global specializes in operating these workloads.

    What we manage:

    • AWS accounts and landing zone guardrails for analytics workloads.
    • Data platform services such as Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, and Amazon RDS.
    • Client-managed Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows and Qlik data integration servers running on Amazon EC2.
    • Monitoring, alerting, backups, and patching.
    • Security operations: identity and access reviews, logging, and remediation of findings.
    • Cost optimization: rightsizing, scheduling, and monthly cost reviews.

    Service tiers:

    • Essentials: monitoring, alerting, backups, patching, monthly cost reviews, and a monthly service report during business hours.
    • Standard: Essentials plus security operations, data platform tuning for pipelines and warehouses, and a monthly block of engineering hours.
    • Premium: Standard plus extended coverage hours, a named service lead, quarterly architecture reviews, and a larger engineering block.

Coverage hours, response targets, and engineering hours for each tier are defined in the private offer.

    How we work:

    • Onboarding assessment and runbooks tailored to your environment.
    • A shared responsibility matrix that states what IPC Global owns and what your team owns.
    • Monthly service reports and invoicing through AWS Marketplace.

Our engineers are employed in the Americas and operate each environment from documented playbooks.

AWS service usage is billed separately by AWS. All engagements are scoped and priced through private offers.

    Highlights

    • Analytics-focused operations: pipelines, warehouses, data lakes, and client-managed Qlik on AWS, not generic server care.
    • Clear ownership: a shared responsibility matrix and documented runbooks for every environment, under Essentials, Standard, or Premium tiers.
    • Cost under control: rightsizing, scheduling, and monthly cost reviews included in every tier.
