Scope and deliverables

• Third-party integrations: Connection with CRMs, marketing platforms, data lakes, API gateways, and internal systems via Auth0's extensibility framework and Management API.

• User migration strategy: Design and execution of user migration plans (bulk or gradual) from legacy identity providers, with validation and rollback procedures.

• Security and compliance posture: Configuration of attack protection features (bot detection, breached password detection, anomaly detection) and branding.

• Monitoring and observability: Integration with logging and SIEM platforms; definition of alerting policies and dashboards for identity-related events.

• Tier 2 support: Incident resolution, change management, and root-cause analysis for issues escalated beyond first-line support.
