You choose from four tiered plans that scale by the number of organizations you monitor and the credits included. Starter covers up to 2 organizations with 250 credits, for watching your own single-company network. Bronze covers up to 30 organizations with 3000 credits. Silver covers up to 100 organizations with 10000 credits, aimed at teams with dedicated security or risk staff. Gold covers up to 500 organizations with 50000 credits, aimed at businesses with large vendor pools. As you move up, both monitoring capacity and credits increase together. Each plan is sold as a contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An organization is a company or entity you track for supply chain risk, including your own business and your suppliers. Each plan sets a cap on how many you can monitor at once: 2, 30, 100, or 500 depending on the tier you choose.
Credits fund the monitoring and risk assessment activity across your tracked organizations. Each plan includes a fixed pool: 250, 3000, 10000, or 50000. When credits run out, you would need a plan with a higher allotment to keep monitoring at the same level.
Both scale together in each tier, so you cannot pick them separately. Organization caps and credit pools rise as one across Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Choose the tier whose organization cap matches how many companies you need to monitor, since credits are bundled to suit that scale.
