Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
Both plans are contract subscriptions built around one pool of minutes shared across Interview, Showcase and Coach. Minutes are the meter, so any product spends from the same monthly balance by time used. The Starter Plan gives you 200 minutes a month running on ready-made presenters. The Pro Plan gives you 750 minutes a month and adds one twin trained on your own face and voice across every product. The structure scales by the monthly minute allowance and whether you get a personal twin.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Every product spends from one shared balance by time used. A 20-minute interview, 20 minutes of a visitor watching a demo, and a 20-minute coaching session each cost 20 minutes. Showcase is metered only while someone is actively watching, so an idle embed on your site uses nothing.
Unused plan minutes roll over when your subscription renews, up to one month's worth. So Starter carries up to 200 extra and Pro up to 750 extra. If you run out, you can top up at a per-minute rate; topped-up minutes never expire and are used after plan minutes.
Pro includes one twin trained on your own face and voice, usable across every product. The Starter Plan runs on ready-made presenters only. Pro also allows two live sessions at once versus one on Starter. Extra twins for teammates cost a one-time fee each and stay private to that member.

Vendor refund policy
A plan you have paid for is not refunded once its term has begun, except as our Refund Policy describes: downtime of more than 24 hours in a row, a double or wrong charge, or a session lost to a platform error. To ask for a refund, email info@human2intelligence.com with your AWS account ID and what happened. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds are paid back by AWS.
