    not easy to use. Data integration is not easy and on point. Social media integration is not good.

    Splio is an unique marketing platform that helps companies to deal with customers with an ai powered platform, from analyzing customer data to providing customized loyalty reward programme to reactivate the inactive users. Splio helps companies from different different backgrounds such as retail, food, E- commerce, Catering, Telecom and many more sectors. Splio helps brand to campaigns and promote their services through vairous modes, push messages, emails which increases the chances of re purchasing, also by sending eye catching offers to the loyalest customers is one of the best marketing trick of the splio. They provide an on call support facility for the brands which is the best thing according to me. Samsung one of the biggest company in the world truts splio which is a best thing, splio has an easy to use ai powered dashboard which is great. Overall if you are looking for the best marketing platform for your brand, splio can be the best option. Splio has been developed by the team of marketers and developers which make them the best option among all the competitors because they know the actual need of the companies of both the sectors.

    Splio no doubt is an best marketing platform but they do charge higher then other marketing agencies which make them hard for the small brands (startups especially) to onboarding them. Splio interface requires a lot of customization tools which can be automatized by various ways, overall their is not such a thing for disliking splio,
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Splio helping in customized marketing for the brands to reach their customers in an interactive manner and encourage them for re-purchasing or generating new customers through emails, push sms with high success rates. Splio do run campaigns for the customers and collects data and analyze them to make this marketing automation, overall splio helped us alot in the marketing to reach customers and re activate the inactive customers by their unique loyalty and reward programme.

    What do you like best about the product?
    As head of marketing at a startup, Splio was transformative. Its automation let us launch complex campaigns across channels with little manual work, shifting our focus to strategy and creativity. It was cost-effective, merging multiple tools into one and using analytics to guide our spending, maximizing our budget. The platform's data tools helped us understand and connect with customers personally, boosting engagement and loyalty efficiently. Splio saved us time and money, significantly improving our marketing impact.I used it pretty frequently to keep a track.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It did have a learning curve. While the platform is already pretty simple but it took me sometime to train my interns on it.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The best thing I like is it available also for offline marketing, as i am working at motorola company and we do retail marketing for the phones so it was the best thing that we started using in retail marketing.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    As such I don't dislike anything because this is the best tool for our team. We have a big team for retail marketing and it is making tasks easy for everyone. So good decision!

    Splio helps solve problems by learning about marketing from their blog. The benefits of Splio include learning about ambassadors and marketing. For retail team it is solving everything.
